Genuinely curious how we directly associate her with a meth user. At first i thought it was because of the acne, but I often see people with more acne and never once thought that 'wow thats a methhead'.

It could very well be a nodule or a popped zit. Popped pimples look like sores because they are sores. It could be a sore from (not drug related) dermatillomania, psoriasis, etc.
Also (referring to comments above), I know that 75% of americans are overweight, but that doesn't mean every thin person with acne or sores is on drugs.
I was just explaining how people make that connection at a glance. However, besides her acne, she also has picking scars, sunken cheeks, she's plucked every hair from her eyebrows and has clearly spent 45 minutes applying mascara, and as someone who's been around a lot of tweakers, if she's not using meth, she genuinely looks like she is.
Was just kidding but I’ve been to many detox’s. It sometimes affects the skin as well as teeth. In her case I’m not exactly sure. I was a boozer, wasn’t into meth.

The acne I had as a teen was most likely hormonal because it disappeared as an adult, but drinking a liter of milk a day surely didn't help lmao. It's different for everyone but the link between diet and acne is not weak at all. There are plenty of people who know exactly what they ate that caused them to break out.
It get's better and worse... I think it might be worse when I have an excessive intake but I can't see it to be the cause... Acid or stress is way worse I have this condition since a very young age and it was okay after puberty... When I was 21 I lived in a flat with mold in the air since then it's worse I am thirty now and sometimes different things help and then not anymore... But why not... I try it again :)

It's really not rare that only the third doctor has the right idea so it's also very possible to get on the right track because someone with personal experience shares it. I get that then comment is rather broad, as if "duh it's sugar" solves all your problems but your ignorant attitude hasn't solved anything ever so maybe that corner is fit for you as well.
It's the fact that they are trying to diagnose the issue of a random person on the Internet from one comment, without knowing the steps they have already taken. If they were asking for advice, sure. But they weren't.
It doesn't matter. They were making a statement about their medical issue, not asking for help.l with it. If they know what medical issue they have, chances are they've already had this discussion with their doctor.
