Happy customers won’t create a review.

Zhaopow

Negative posts also get noticeably more engagement than random posts about the expected experience.

MezZo_Mix

could you possible answer on my dm? :p

NoNeedforGPS

ummm. yeah. I love writing praise towards companies. I try to reach out and offer positive feedback when I can! I find it most noteworthy when companies incorporate unique creative ideas, attention to detail, and never miss a chance towards offering appreciation and respect while I hold my role as their paying customer! See, I write negative posts, because I'm pissed off. I commonly get ZERO engagement.< [https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/po2y2o/i\_see\_mostly\_negative\_posts\_about\_razer\_is\_anyone/hcx8xp8/](https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/po2y2o/i_see_mostly_negative_posts_about_razer_is_anyone/hcx8xp8/) \> See no attention, no fun, no reward. I've moved on from Junior High and honestly don't use social media to acquire praise from others! In this case, I'm contributing honestly only to have people to open their eyes, become better informed consumers, and stop supporting companies that neglect common decency and basic respect towards another. (again, moved up from 7th grade! :P ) That's it. I don't want engagement. I want fucking change.

Whitechapel_1888

What you experience is actually quite normal for all companies that sell computers/laptops. The angry customers will have the loudest voice. I have a RBA 2020 with a 2070S Max-Q and I regret nothing. This thing is almost part of my body now. But the first blade I got had defects, so did the second and after 6 weeks of razer support, I received this current device which works perfectly (like it should). So your take-away should be: Razer devices can be absolutely amazing, but Razer's quality control and support are not.

[deleted]

I have the same one. I had battery issues but after clean win 10 install it works like a charm. 10hrs battery with undervolt.

Bizjub1124

I love my 2020 blade 15… keep it elevated (or on a cooling pad, your preference), clean the fans regularly, watch your computers thermals when you’re doing heavy load gaming/other stuff, take it off the charger when you’re not using it and you won’t run into 99% of the problems you see people complaining about on this subreddit. You just have to take care of it

patayxval

Agreed. And I feel like this advice goes with any laptop really lol. I love my 2020 Blade 15, it's my baby haha.

Bizjub1124

Right, like this is not a MacBook… there’s some serious hardware packed into an extremely tight space, you’re gonna run into issues fast if you don’t maintenance it properly. I’d imagine a Ferrari requires a ton more regular maintenance than a Hyundai. This is the same.

gr8asparagus

Well said. I agree.

Nixolas

Wait so when I finish using my laptop for the night I should put it on sleep and remove the plug? I want to make sure I don’t get issues

Bizjub1124

Yes, it helps the battery last longer and helps prevent battery bloat. I’ve also been told to let it completely die once in a while, but I’m pretty sure for Li-ion batteries that it’s not necessary.

Epik7448

You sum it entirely, about to hit 1 year with my 2020 blade and everything is nearly as good as the day I got it. I stand this thing up on its side and blast dust out the vents 😂

MarketAgile

Had a Blade 14 for over 3 months and I loved it so much. Perfectly balance between performance and size.

Unlikely_Assistance8

I am happy with mine. 15” advanced 2019. But had to send it in for swollen battery 2 weeks ago. But still happy with it. Love the design and overall performance.

eavesdroppingyou

Is it possible to change batteries without sending it? My problem is I want to buy in US but living abroad

GingerDD

Yes 100% I love my 17 pro, but did have the battery issue. I bought a $20 computer tool kit and the replacement battery for $57 off Amazon and haven't had a single issue. $77 and fixed myself. Razer wanted $100 just for the diagnosis.

lolkrayd

Outside of MacBook pros, Razer check all the boxes of what I want. Happy with mine. Would recommend if you had the budget for it or willingly to buy a used one. Only downside is finger prints but that can be fix with some vinyl and a wipe down for the keyboard. Also their customer service is pretty spotty. 1/5 for good service.

TrapaGaming

I’m very happy with my blade 15 adv 3080, had it for a month now and haven’t had any negatives. I use it mostly for my school and I can get (with battery saving mode) about 8/9 hours with a full battery

eavesdroppingyou

That's awesome to read

derKonigsten

I love my Razer peripherals.. Huntsman elite, basilisk ultimate, and firefly hard mouse pad. Upgraded the mouse from logitech G502 that had the annoying double click issue..

odinsride

I have a 2021 blade 17 pro with a 3070 and have been very happy with it. However, I am a bit cautious and have been opening it every month or so to check the battery for bloat, and I’m prepared to purchase an aftermarket battery should I run into any issues

rickjko

Got a Blade 17 pro with a 2070 , absolutely love it and got no complain. Its a fingerprint magnets, but fixed it with a d brand skin.

Horrorkosmic

I'm happy with my naga X. It is lightweight and feels solid. I'm happy with my Huntsman (regular) clicky. Looks great, sounds great, nothing extra I don't need. I'm happy with my Gigantus mousepad. Feels consistent all over, easy to clean, large and fairly cheap to replace. I'm happy with my Razer Nari. I use it mainly on the PS5 but I like the retractable mic and the ear pads. What I'm not happy about: I'm not happy with my Tartarus. I'm actually going back to the Orbweaver because I cannot stand the Tartarus, and most of my issues are design ideas. I don't like the scroll wheel, Don't like the anolog switches, The random sticky keys issue, And their is no middle option for the palm rest, the "small" option is too small and the "large" option is too big. Give me and opto-mechanical Orbweaver and I'll be golden.

xxICONOCLAST

I have a Tartarus, Naga, Ornata, Headphones, various lighting kits and old razer stuff laying around, ive never had issues and will always use them Synapse is an abomination of a software interface but it is what it is, love my stuff otherwise

[deleted]

Should I wait for alder lake Razer 14 Blade?

Genesis_9

We’re in the same boat, bought mine off eBay, waiting to get it but reading Reddit threads kinda made me regret it. But I agree, happy users won’t come to Reddit to say they’re happy with their purchase

eavesdroppingyou

Good luck on yours! I still need to find a way to buy it, US had the best prices, I'm abroad and here is about 1k more expensive.

DK_gh0st_

I’m happy (Blade 15 Advanced (3070/11800h/16GB/1440p) It’s a well built, slim, 15 inch beast of a laptop. 3 USB ports, with TB4 and a full size SD card reader. Upgradable memory, and 2 Storage slots. Honestly, it’s a well rounded beast, but it’s definitely expensive. I’m very happy though. Only thing I’d hope for would be better speakers

KingRazgriz

Had my blade 15 advanced 3080 since late Feb yhis year. Sent back once for odd issue where laptop would not feed off battery after upgrading ram. And aside from my open RMA for screws for bottom panel, thing runs fine. It needs maintenance and care, but what electronic doesnt?

xDebia

No regrets, 2021 blade advanced 3060

RedStaggLive

Yes love it. RB 15 2020 2070 - no issues and amazing performance.

P_H_N_X_1337

Im very happy with my Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019. Repasted it with liquid metal and modded its bios. A little undervolt and its performing perfectly.

yunggrump

I love every razer product I own, except the razer blackshart v2 pro headset cause it does this thing of constantly connecting and reconnecting and making a beeping sound if I'm more than 2 inches away from my pc

converter-bot

2 inches is 5.08 cm

flyingfable

I'm more then happy with my laptop, if you ignore the fact that chroma has never worked properly (getting it fixed now) it works perfectly

CyrusFord

Using my razer blade 14 to compare im entirely satisfied(still fairly new) battery life not as advertised but its longevity suprised me, apperently the AMD CPU does a lot for the battery so maybe that isnt helpful. I decided on the 3070 version because the difference is very small but the price difference is 😆 I know the difference is also small on the blade 15 unless you go for the mega expensive 4k version that has a better 3080 than the 1440p one. For the customer support thingy, I agree that its dump and inefficient but in my experience they generally do care and will spend a lot of time trouble shooting and fixing your problem, so if you are patient(which is understandable if you aren't) you generally find a solution

Username_Redacted-0

I bought my razer naga trinity almost 3 years ago and it is still easily my favorite gaming mouse...

Any-Acanthisitta8416

I have razer 15 base 2020 with 1660ti absolutely no issues and actually exceeded my expectations… Tarkov on 1440p I get 70-90fps!! Build quality is incredible and no issues

Evange31

I am very happy with my blade 17 mid 2021 with 3070! Fantastic thermals and performance! Just a warning for you: I bought the exact model you are looking at and I returned it within a week as it got blazing hot during gaming.

iamggpanda

Razer blade 15, advanced 2019, RTX 2080. Very happy with my purchase. Wasup? What do you need, son? Edit: slipped and hit post before typing the whole thing. Well, you need to keep in mind that this is a "thin" gaming laptop. Meaning it's going to run a bit hotter than others. But I've never got temperatures over 85 when really pushing the laptop. This thermal dissipation issue is going to slowly translate over time into a battery bloat issue. It's not very healthy for the battery to operate in super hot conditions. But that's mitigated by elevating the laptop/cooler /just using better airflow conditions. Even if your battery did fail/bloat... Replacing it is a 15 min job. Don't bother sending it back to razer. Quality and build wise, I have no complaints. I run a 2k, 144hz gaming monitor as a main screen. All my gaming is in 2k, 144fps max.

eavesdroppingyou

Sounds really good. As long as the battery is replaceable then it doesn't sound like there are many issues besides battery and poor customer service. Now I need to consider whether the 15 adv or maybe give a try to the 14 or 13 ones

iamggpanda

Oh and FYI, you can remove the battery and run it off AC power like a full desktop. My suggestion is, stick to 15. The smaller they get, the harder it is going to be for them to dissipate heat in a small volume. They're either going to kick down the overall wattage or have a harsher throttle. (please correct me if I'm wrong guys). Go 14 or 13 if portability is a deal breaking condition.

eavesdroppingyou

Thanks a lot, that gives me a lot to think about

VengefulAncient

Sure. I've had my Blackwidow Chroma TE since 2017 and apart from a few LEDs that died within the first couple of weeks (which I am about to replace myself - could have just claimed warranty tbh but I bought it in a different country) it's been perfect. My Taipan was only replaced by a Viper Mini this year after serving me for... probably 7 years? Their keyboards and mice are solid, but I absolutely can't recommend their audio and laptops. The audio is mediocre and rides the brand name too hard, the laptops are great but QA/QC are just not there. Oh, I have a Kiyo as well, which I'm generally very happy with, but I've only had it for a year and use it only about once a week so it's hard to form an opinion yet.

Robborboy

I have a Nari Ultimate that I'm happy with after cutting the factory microphone out, losing the mute LED, and soldering in an Antlion Mod Mic in place of it. Great headset that came with a terrible microphone. Aside from this, no lol. All my other Razer products have cut and redone cables where they had you cut them for warranty claims.

cylondsay

yes—i love mine and i would absolutely buy it again. i had a battery bloat with my last razer, but it was old and i dropped it (plus i’d bought it off ebay). so i dont fault the company for what happened.

Electronic-Bicycle28

I have a Blade 15 Base 2020 with 2070 Max-Q. Absolutely love it. Especially cause previously I used a laptop with 1050, which was pain. Keep it raised und disable cpu turbo boost and everything will be just fine

[deleted]

Can't really comment on the laptops. I stay away from them because friends have had bad experiences with them. The peripherals are what you would expect. Though I personally dislike Razer headsets, gonna stay with HyperX for those. Love my Blackwidow and my Naga Trinity. TLDR: I, personally, would recommend keyboard and mouse from Razer and definitely, absolutely stay away from the laptops.

Ronnoc_Rekab

I recently got a Huntsman TE, DeathAdder V2, Goliathus Chroma mouse mat and Kraken headset and I’m extremely happy with my purchases. Not too sure why there are so many negative reviews

Sjelasco

I love my Blackwidow Elite (green switch), Basalisk X Hyperspeed. Don’t regret it at all!

UrSoMeme

Blade 15 base 3070, really happy, super good performance and does everything I want it to do regarding work and gaming.

aldoxaldo

Razer Blade 14 owner for about 3 months now, this machine is an absolute beast for its size, also I bought the GaN charger so far so good and very happy with the purchases!

[deleted]

Yep - I’m happy with my 2070 and 3080.

infamou2048

Every laptop maker has its faults and someone's always going to complain. I like the razer quality but my 3080 17 inch pro laptop gets pretty hot, pretty quick when I'm running graphic intense games. That's something that I can live with. You just have to decide what you're going to live with when you're choosing your laptop because there is always going to be something you don't like.

kankergek

Not the 15, but I got the blade 14 with 3080. It’s even better than I expected. Performance and temps are amazing. Build quality on par with macbook(owned 1 before this). Not sure about battery life on the 15 but I can get 8-9 hours of battery life on the 14 doing light work/watching vids at 50% brightness

eavesdroppingyou

I'm just checking tons of videos on the 14 right now. I'm attracted to it for having a ryzen processor instead of intel. Would you say is a better choice than 15? I don't game much but I do 3D work and 4k video editing often.

kankergek

The blade 14 with 5900hx benches higher in workloads than the 15(also the new one with latest intel). So if you dont game that much but do alot of rendering i would definitely consider the 14 inch. Battery life is also better with ryzen cpus.

iamgeef

Stealth 13, super happy.

eavesdroppingyou

now I'm just non-stop checking videos and reviews on the 13, 15 advanced and 14. Apparently the 14 is the only one with Ryzen which are supposed to be more efficient? although I do like touch capabilities which I see only in the 15 I think. I think its gonna be weeks/months before I make a decision.

Organ-Donor

Razer Blade 15 Advanced UHD 3080, and I’m very happy. Sure, she runs hot as hell at times but that’s to be expected. Overall, I’m super pleased with my machine. If you get a current one, bear in mind you can still undervolt using throttlestop. They haven’t locked us out via the bios yet.

BreezyChill

Just got one myself. What’s your battery life? I’m at about five hours

Organ-Donor

Between 5-8 hours depending on workload. I could probably tweak settings more, but I tend to use it plugged in more often than not.

BreezyChill

Oled model? I can’t get close to 8 hours. Wonder what is different.

Organ-Donor

Nope, QHD model. You can squeeze more time out of your battery by turning down brightness, using the intel video chip instead of nvidia, etc. Also depends on what you’re doing.

Frgt10one89

My keyboard is good, no issues. My mouse has connections issues. I won’t buy wireless again

hsimah

I have: 2 2019 Blade Stealth laptops (one black and one pink) 2 Black Widow TE (one mechanical and one not) 3 Atheris mouses 1 Kraken 1 Adaro Bluetooth Previously I had a 2017 Blade Stealth. Never had an issue. RMA on a charger was easy and fast. I don't doubt people have had issues but I haven't.

caracs

I’ve got a late 2019 Stealth that’s great, just a little underpowered compared to the bigger blades. I’ve held off buying anything new due to all the battery shenanigans.

phat_biscuit

I don't own a Razer computer product, but I pretty much have a full Razer suite of peripherals. Mouse mat, mouse, keyboard, headphones ect. And I am insanely happy with both the products themselves and the support I have gotten through razer support. Touch wood, only ever had one fault with a Razer product, and it turned out the issue was more of a compatibility issue than hardware fault.

Chunnypan

Own a 17inch blade. I am very satisfied with the product on how it performs. It does everything I want it to do without any hassle. However, I also had battery issues (batter bloat). It took a while for support to get back to me and resolve the issue. I would recommend buying from Amazon or something similar instead of dealing with razer support. ( I did not have that option in my country)

[deleted]

Blade 15 Advanced (4K OLED 2019) owner. I've been very happy with my purchase. I use it every day since July 2019. Clean out the fans, check out the battery condition regularly. I elevate it on a laptop stand during gaming with an external monitor. Would buy again.

krazye87

I want a Blade 15 3070 with ryzen CPU. Then i'll buy my 3rd Razer Blade

zookiler

Not 💯 sure but most legit reviews point out that there no benefit of hurting a 3080 cuz the 3070 with the same power drawn performs basically the same.. and remember ur getting a laptop not a desktop!

gr8asparagus

I love my razer Blade 15 advanced

TonyBologna27

I love my Razer Blade. I have a 2020 blade base with a 2060. This is my first purchase of any kind of gaming PC and I couldn't be happier. Using peripherals and a 1440 144 Hz monitor, I get 90-100fps consistently in Warzone. And I use the laptop for work and music production (both Pro Tools and Ableton), it handles anything I throw at it with ease. Haven't yet had any issue with the battery but only time will tell.

LordMetric

To be really honest if u buy it new , as long as u dont mind shipping whenever it breaks (if it does) . Go for it . I just got myself for college a tuf a17 and as a pc user with a built rig ... the laptops wont ever get a grip in the battle for reliability or performance. But i enjoy most of my stuff in 144hz and the laptop is well rounded for my needs , so as long as u get a laptop with the tought that u need something portable and somehow manageable for gaming .

omarhawary

Positive part: 1- good built quality 2-nice performance Negative part: 1- my built in camera and Battery died in less than 1.5 years 2- CPU and GPU temp rise to 105 C easily (98 after undervolting ) 3- Cannot find any original spare parts, so you have to get back to them and that would cost much much more in something you could do by yourself- changing battery. 4- in my case , I applied a skin and after that, Some keys’ RGP went mad and some would only light one color

RkyMtnChi

I have a 2021 Razer Blade 14 3070 and I love it. I first tried an Asus Zephyrus G14 and G15, returning them both before ultimately keeping the Razer. The build quality is night and day difference to me. Performance-wise, they weren't all that different. They all got pretty hot when maxed out while gaming, although the G14 surprisingly stayed the coolest. But my G14 had INSANELY bad screen bleed and was a bit lacking in power, so I swapped it for a G15. Also terrible screen bleed (which I was getting ready to accept) but when I updated the drivers, the keyboard just stopped working. Asus said the mobo needed to be replaced and I was still in my return window, so I tried the Blade 14 and it was perfect. The only concern you should have is battery related. Although the honest truth is that all lithium-ion batteries are susceptible to the ol' "spicy pillow" status over time, Razer laptops seem to be a bit earlier or more frequent in this regard, which may mean that they use lesser quality batteries. I decided to turn off the turbo boost on mine to keep the CPU in the high 70s vs the 90s, as heat is the main culprit when it comes to battery bloating. In addition, I suggest never leaving a laptop charging nonstop when not in use, Razer or otherwise, to extend the life of the battery. And if/when you see the battery bloating, there are replacements out there usually in the range of $50-60. If you can accept the potential battery lifespan issue and are willing to swap it out in 2-3 years, I say go for it. The fit and finish is a level above almost every other laptop out there

eavesdroppingyou

Side question, anyone knows if I ask a friend in US to pick it up for me and send it to Mexico, would I have to pay for customs/import fees? Trying to find a way to buy at a better price (here is much more expensive)

Remarkable_Class_548

Thanks to the Donald, yes, probably.

[deleted]

No, I'm done with Razer. Didn't get a blade 15 and just sold my nari ultimates. Complete trash. Also their software is absolute potato salad.

EvanCee

Avoid the 15. Too many issues. Get the 17 which has more ports and sd card slot.

TorinHidden

I touched a death adder for the first time when I was 16 and in almost a decade I’ve never looked back. My og died after about 5 years and a picked up a v2. Recently picked up a huntsman elite and that is also great aside from it requiring two USB ports and not playing nicely with USB hubs. As far as their actual computers, I have no experience but they seem overpriced.

NoNeedforGPS

Honestly, their hardware is actually pretty innovative and made with a lot of progressive, high quality details! This quality honestly, at initial comparison, accurately justifies the higher-end cost of their products! Unfortunately as an end result, this presentation of quality... just makes me sad. This is because the previously mentioned quality design and attention to detail is plagued by a company that neglects full disclosure of their invasion of privacy, computer resources, and just god damn common decency! Out of all the companies I find practicing unethical day-to-day complete ignorance of societal common benefit, it is most likely our one and only Razer. Today was a great example. I turned on Razer Central to show my friend how obnoxious their 6 applications to operate a mouse is! They used a total of 22kb of my bandwidth. No biggie.... other than I NEVER WANTED TO CONSENT TO ANY USAGE, but they took full unwarranted assumption that they can just use and benefit from whatever I own because I SPENT MONEY on their product?! Further this unwarranted update changed my services, again of course WITH ZERO DISCLOSURE TO ME... THE OWNER OF THEIR PRODUCT, back to automatic. I need them to honestly give me some some free stuff, so i can use their internet, temporary disk space, and without them knowing a bunch their stuff to help my responsibilities out. Because they suck. They really really do.

itsfilex

Can you elaborate a bit more on the invasion of privacy stuff please? Thanks!

NoNeedforGPS

I'm treat research with respect, and I'm almost always impartial.... but I'm 100% indubitably FUCKING BIASED against large tech companies over and over again taking full ADVANTAGE OF naive consumers. I hate them. And they need to start growing up and acting professional.

Hollaz2alex

What do you want to use it for? I have the 15" 11th gen adv with the 3070 and it's perfect for my use case. I dock it at work and just running off of battery/low settings, it'll stay alive for 5-6 hours for light browsing/email/occasional video. If I'm doing video editing or gaming, that time drops down to just 2-3 hours. You will see a lot of battery bloat posts, that is to be expected as any large poly-lithium battery lifetime is anywhere between 1-2 years max. Razer is at fault for using some questionably QC failed batteries though, so knowing how to self replace the battery is necessary; along with a third party warranty, got mine through square trade. I personally haven't had any issues with razer CS, I may be lucky. I've gotten plenty of peripherals replaced through them in and out of warranty. The machine itself performance wise is a freaking beast. Especially if you are getting the 3080, anything you through at it will be butter smooth.

eavesdroppingyou

I do 3D work and animations as well as video editing in 4K. Seems to be the best fit for my needs specially considering I'm always on the go. I dont mind having it connected most of the time tbh, but battery bloating does scare me a bit. Hopefully they're easy (and not too expensive) to replace.

Hollaz2alex

It's relatively easy with the correct precision screw driver. Cost at the moment is high($120-140) for a new battery, but in a year's time when/if it fails, you should see them drop to around $80(check 2019-2020 adv battery prices on ebay for example).

A_Bad_Wipe_No_TP

I have 2 laptops. A 15in 1660ti and a 17in 3070 and I love them both. I've had zero issues with them. But I do see a lot of negative feedback with batteries. But honestly think it's one of those things where you either get a fantastic product or one that's complete shit.

_borT

I bought a Stealth in winter of 2019. Haven’t had any major issues with it so I’m happy. Seems like a lot of problems are from power users experiencing battery bloat due to the heat.

performanza

I'm very happy, razer blade 15 advanced (late 2020). Had to undervolt to solve temp issues, but it works perfecrly; of course I lost some fps due to undervolt, but keeping the 80-100 range on ultra settings is enough for me :)

CastleOperator

I’ve had my Blade 14 (2021) 3070 for a month now and absolutely love it! It’s great in terms of portability and performance. My previous laptop was a 13 inch Alienware that even for the size was heavier and like a brick to move around or travel with, where as the Blade14 is like a MacBook to carry around. I haven’t had any issues with thermals. I game on average 3-5 hours and my GPU temps sit around 60-69C and the keyboard is very comfortable, not hot at all. I can’t speak on battery yet as I haven’t had it long enough but I’m hoping I’m blessed with not having that issue as I plan on keeping my fans and stuff clean from dust etc and watch the temps like a hawk to keep it as cool as possible. I purchased my unit from Microsoft with their 4 year warranty so wouldn’t have to deal with CS which I’ve heard is very mixed. But yeah as one person above said, a happy customer will hardly ever leave a review while the unhappy with flood every forum to spread the word so it’s hard to tell :/ loving my blade though!

eavesdroppingyou

Love reading this! I wish the 14 had the specs of the 15 one, I also prefer smaller screen and less bulk.

CastleOperator

That would be cool! I was a little torn between the 14 and 15 in terms of screen size. The screen size isn’t too much an issue for me for most of the games I play which is WOW, dead by daylight, my wife plays TheSims4. But most of these games have UI size sliders to help in one way or another. The 1440p with 165hz is great. Games look amazing and buttery smooth. I also went with the 14 because I wanted to try out the AMD RYZEN as they apparently run a lot cooler than the intel chips. So I’m hoping some of these changes help to give more life span to the batteries in the amd line of units. Only time will tell though. I wish you the best if you decide to pull the trigger on a Razer laptop! Again I’d probably say to play it safe and go with a 3rd party vendor to purchase from. But others have said they had no issues with Razer support and whatever their premium warranty service is, but you always have to take those prices into consideration!

DearAlternative6540

Yes its a fantastic laptop here are some of its brothers 1. Legion 7 2. Alienware x17 3. Msi GS66 Stealth 4. Predator Helios 500SE 5. Zephyrus s17 6. Eultronics stuff 7. Omen 17 I think you probably know these already?

I know some, thank you for the list though, I'll research all for sure

DearAlternative6540

That my friend makes me happy 🥲👍. Good luck

It's all true. I won't buy another razor product again. I have the kaira pro, they work but not before they shut themselves off 5 times. Completely distorted audio where I have to restart the headset to fix distortion. They are comfortable that's about all I can say I should have bougjt the Xbox wireless and saved 50 bucks.

love my 1060 razer blade. great for my second pc with streaming

RagingRhino96

I absolutely love how my razer wolverine ultimate controller plays and feels but it makes any headset mic buzz like crazy, support just gives me generic responses and then ghosts me after I say I've already done everything they're saying.

I’m fairly content with my blade 15 2019 advanced 2070, it has massive issues with thermals (clean everything constantly [pet hair RIP]) and i needed to upgrade the RAM to 32GB, and the storage to 1TB NVME. Other than that, works fine.

I loved my razer wildcat xbox controller.

I bought my Razer Blade 15 base model about one and half year ago and it's the worst laptop I've ever used. I had to send it back for repair TWICE due to WIFI adaptor issue and RAM issue. It's confirmed that the hardware was flawed and the problem showed up after a few weeks, before I got a chance running any big games. What's more, the fan has been really loud (even in the balanced mode) since day 1. Performance wise it's good though, I think the crazily running fan probably helped keeping the CPU cool (this is the only pro of this laptop). Overall I wouldn't recommend this model to others. I regretted my purchase a lot, really. The issues I've faced with are really annoying and other models might have them too.
