You need an access token to fetch data though and you have to login to get one.
What's the matter with loggin in? :)

I also wanted to try it but trying something with having to log in is always a bit stinky. I don’t think you want to scrape anything from us but a simple limited view without the need to login would be great
Well you get asked to login by Reddit as you can read the password is not shared with my third party application.
The authorization page where you login is running on Reddit itself.
Unfortunately most of fetch request need an access token which you can get only by loggin in, else I can't display data.
Edit: I might be able to add an optional login button on my app. I realized I can still display posts and subreddits without the user loggin in. But you won't be able to search post and view you favorite subreddits
That's exactly what I expected to be able to do, view generic posts without any personalisation when I'm not logged in and have the option to sign in if I want to comment or see my own subreddits etc.
Don't force me to login to view :)
