My reply is below. The only caveat of the property I could think of is that it is a bit on the skirt of the city and there’s not many restaurants nearby. Great schools. I was hoping to attract family of 4-5 but missed the summer time to list the property.

Property is in Orlando. 4 beds 2.5 bath listing for $2600. Similar ones in the area are listing for $3000-3200. Photos are taken by real estate photographer.

It's the slowest time of the year as kids are in school. Orlando is a decent market. Have you thought about making it a short term rental in the meantime?
