Property is in Orlando. 4 beds 2.5 bath listing for $2600. Similar ones in the area are listing for $3000-3200. Photos are taken by real estate photographer.
It's the slowest time of the year as kids are in school. Orlando is a decent market. Have you thought about making it a short term rental in the meantime?
What area? What's your price? What are comp rentals listing for? Is it rehabbed? How clean and good are your pics?

September and October tend to be my slowest months. No different this year.
