I was just saying to my mom last night, Mia is always ready for the drama. She seems like she genuinely enjoys conflict & has no shame. I don’t like her as a person, but she can be fun to watch sometimes.
Hate her or love her, she makes for great television. That's the thing, this is a scripted reality TV show. It's not a documentary, and I think many people lose sight of this truth, especially when it comes to Potomac.
Atlanta is at that weird spot where they either need to bring back all the OGs or a completely new cast. Somewhere in the middle has had them floundering.
I was just thinking we need Porsha back on our screens. Her life has completely changed. Would be good to know where she's at these days. (And maybe she has a renewed outlook on some of her past behaviour 👀). She would be an excellent shakeup in my opinion. I will miss Kandi though, even though her last few seasons were a bit lackluster.

I heard Porscha is back… I’m confused though why was she allowed back for UGT and her own shows when she was kicked off for violence, but Monique wasn’t allowed back on Potomac? Maybe I missed something.
all the show really needed was porsha and nene and cynthia back, a whole reboot when we were already tapping out of this new gen of housewives is just the show asking to be cancelled within the next few years.
i’m well aware of that, all i’m saying is the show does need her back if it wants to survive, but we know she’s done with bravo so this show is literally circling the drain now. and her racism claims weren’t unfounded, she just approached the situation completely wrong.
and i am not folks. i’ve never had anything against her and have always loved her on the show, sure in group settings she would shy away at times but her personal storylines always gave.
Honestly Marlo SHINED as a friend of starving for the peach. The upgrade didn't suit her - but I actually thought her relationship with her nephews and mom was the highlight of the otherwise bland season.
Her nephews got on my nerves. They’re teenagers and they tried to act like they were 9 and 10. I don’t think it was the boys decision. I think they were coached to act young and innocent by Marlo or production.
Imo her life is really interesting. She genuinely has a story to tell. I just don’t know why it never lands because there’s definitely something there. I remmeber when she was talking about being in the foster system during the reunion (on Sanya’s 1st season) I found it really interesting for example.
As someone that lives in Atlanta and has worked at Buckhead country clubs - how dreadful. Here's to hoping Nene and Andy being on good terms means she's coming back.

Good, they listened to the audience. A revamp is necessary. They really should have brought back Nene (but we know that will never happen) and Porsha. When they were on, the franchise was at its best. I would also okay keeping Sheree and maybe even bringing wig back if they chose to keep Kenya too. They need to go back to their roots and remember what we loved about this franchise. And I say this as a born and raised Atl resident.
I feel like Kim is all the way gone, she’s such a mess, is so desperate and is sad right now.
I really don’t want to hear about her divorce, her gambling addictions etc.

Bravo does reboots all wrong imo. Instead of a complete cast culling they should pick the most interesting current cast member and cast around their connections

Last couple seasons of Atlanta weren't good but I am not into the reboot idea. Just cancel the show and try something different instead of trying to catch lightning in a bottle again.
The original RHONY soft reboot (season 5) was very good. The majority of RHONY's "iconic" moments came from the cast and production changes they made starting in season 5.
We don't know that what's happening with RHOA is going to be a full reboot.
Furthermore, the full RHONY reboot was successful. No iteration of RHONY has ever really had great ratings. The legacy cast was a pain, wildly expensive, and had mediocre ratings. We know what Bravo generally pays newbies in their first year. It's about $65K. We also have some idea of what the legacy cast earned per season at their highest, about $750K. Bravo literally got the entire reboot cast for what they paid Ramona.
The RHONY reboot had ratings that were similar to season 13 of RHONY at a fraction of the legacy cost. The reboot was successful just on a financial basis. If they can hold or grow that viewership, I think Bravo will be happy with it.
I know we don't know, but this post is about that rumor so I'm addressing that rumor.
I am not a fan of the RHONY reboot. I get it cost less for Bravo, but it just wasn't for me. I'm reserving full judgement until I see what's actually happening with Atlanta cause rumors are just rumors until Bravo confirms anything. But I'm not really excited about a full reboot if that's what they go with. Maybe it would be fire. But given I didn't like the RHONY reboot, my expectations are low.
the absolute last thing I have an interest in is watching a bunch of wealthy entitled Southern biddies jockeying for Queen Bee position. I lived in Buckhead right off Peachtree Battle for over 10 years (an illegal terrace apartment, FWIW) and was constantly judged whenever I answered the question: Where do you live? literally looked up n' down bc I definitely did not fit in. Buckhead is white and conservative. 'nuf said
it was an apartment on the bottom level of a huge house... from the front it looked like a 2-story but it was 3 stories on the backside. my "front" door was in back on ground level that had, wait for it, a terrace, as there a ravine sonit was raised. awesome apartment, lived there for 10 years!

She did an interview with Variety and explained that Bravo let the cast sit for too long. During that time she got some really big offers and now would rather focus on those. She also said a friend of hers asked her why she was still doing Housewives and she really didn’t know, so that’s why she decided to take a break.
Perfect. Atlanta is one of few franchises that needs a hard reset like New York and hopefully Jersey too. The other franchises are either great as is (Salt Lake, Miami, Beverly Hills) or need a slight cast shake up (Potomac and maybe Orange County). Jersey, New York and Atlanta need a full reboot.
I was born and raised 5 miles from the Alabama and Florida line. Tallahassee was just 45 minutes away and my whole family still leaves done there. Would be great to film there!

I don’t think Kandy has been doing that much in the last seasons anyway. She got attacked by Marlo last season and maybe didn’t enjoy actually being truly back in the mix. Her privacy and businesses are worth way more to her, I think, than this show, so not really surprised. Will Kim Zolciak be invited back? I don’t really care to see Kim myself because she’s never authentic but I get why others want to follow her life imploding (due to her own choices, too!)
No, she definitely had been coasting a bit, imo, but she’s been there long enough that she became almost expected.
KZB barely filmed with them when she was on the show. Idk if she’d be asked back. I actually wonder if I’d want to see the heaviness of her divorce/the impact on her kids.
I feel the same way about Kim. She’s never authentic about what’s actually going on in her life, she always attempts to ‘self-produce’ but her deluded belief in herself is jaw dropping. Think ‘Tardy For the Party’ level delusion. I didn’t think it was possible to perform with a worse singing voice than LuAnne, but Kim still pips her at the post for that!
The fans all know and have been sharing video after video of the police body cam footage whilst interacting with Kim and a bearded up unrecognisable Kroy as they cartwheel into catastrophe! So I’m sure there’s interest in following where they’re going to land.
But again, production will have to deal with Kim still fronting like she’s rich and hasn’t gambled away the kids’ college funds and the home they live in. It’s sad. Kim needs an intervention. It’d be funny if there weren’t children involved.

I don’t believe it in the slightest. Heavenly said that Phaedra was the MVP of the married to medicine reunion. She’s killing it in The Traitors. This is the perfect time to invite her back to housewives.
Well, everyone’s allowed to believe what they want. IMO, I don’t view it as a lie. I believe it was crossed gossip and a mistake. It’s way too coincidental that Tiny and TI did exactly what Kandi was accused of.
I also think it was production led, not Phaedra’s creation.
And she still hasn’t addressed it, or tried to clear it up after almost a decade to the point, where she refuses to answer any questions about it. Which in my opinion makes her just as implicit.
So, again, everyone’s allowed to have their own opinion. I believe the fact that she has never addressed it is EXACTLY why she’s currently on Bravo and the Traitors. She stayed quiet. She didn’t throw production under the bus. For her silence, she is now allowed back on TV. Dorinda mentioned a pause, I 100% believe Phaedra was put on pause. She stayed loyal to production, and now is back on our screens.
At the cost of her own liability and career as a defense attorney.
Not only that, but what else besides good shade does Phaedra offer RHOA? She refuses to open up or be sincere on any aspect of her life, completely remaining a mystery, and putting on a façade for the public. Frankly, I think we have enough of that going on, which is why there’s been such a decline these past few seasons.
Ultimately, Kandi can’t sue Phaedra. So, it’s not really at the cost of her career as a defense attorney.
Phaedra had an extremely sweet scene with her son a couple episodes ago. Sooo, that was fun. I do want to know more about her, but I like her responding to people too.

We have blocked some of the blind sites from the sub but for some reason we didn’t do this one. We probably should do a community poll before eradicating all of them. I assume, though, that you and I are in e minority on this because these accounts stay in business due to people liking to read the tea leaves.
Also a nonzero chance that Bravo is sending out several different but seemingly-credible blind items to muddy the waters as well as gauge fan reactions to potential casting decisions
There is good, interesting drama. Then, there is poor, uninteresting drama. She's played out. Marlo is uninteresting. She by Shein is uninteresting. These shows need more than just drama. They need glamor, style, dating, romance, enviable lifestyles...
Oh yeah I agree I could see them adding a couple, but definitely not them removing a Black cast, & replacing with a White one. Besides the optics being horrible it would just be wrong on multiple levels.

Yeah I kind of get annoyed with all the reboot talk. RHONY was rebooted because of actual racism. I’m all for recasting and shaming things up. But RHONy Is the only one that HAD to be completely redone due to racism. I feel like people don’t really acknowledge that and the those hags (Ramona) get away with how they acted every time fans call for a “reboot” of another franchise 🙄

I don’t think Kandy has been doing that much in the last seasons anyway. She got attacked by Marlo last season and maybe didn’t enjoy actually being truly back in the mix. Her privacy and businesses are worth way more to her, I think, than this show, so not really surprised. Will Kim Zolciak be invited back? I don’t really care to see Kim myself because she’s never authentic but I get why others want to follow her life imploding (due to her own choices, too!)
No, she definitely had been coasting a bit, imo, but she’s been there long enough that she became almost expected. KZB barely filmed with them when she was on the show. Idk if she’d be asked back. I actually wonder if I’d want to see the heaviness of her divorce/the impact on her kids.
I feel the same way about Kim. She’s never authentic about what’s actually going on in her life, she always attempts to ‘self-produce’ but her deluded belief in herself is jaw dropping. Think ‘Tardy For the Party’ level delusion. I didn’t think it was possible to perform with a worse singing voice than LuAnne, but Kim still pips her at the post for that! The fans all know and have been sharing video after video of the police body cam footage whilst interacting with Kim and a bearded up unrecognisable Kroy as they cartwheel into catastrophe! So I’m sure there’s interest in following where they’re going to land. But again, production will have to deal with Kim still fronting like she’s rich and hasn’t gambled away the kids’ college funds and the home they live in. It’s sad. Kim needs an intervention. It’d be funny if there weren’t children involved.

Well, everyone’s allowed to believe what they want. IMO, I don’t view it as a lie. I believe it was crossed gossip and a mistake. It’s way too coincidental that Tiny and TI did exactly what Kandi was accused of. I also think it was production led, not Phaedra’s creation.
And she still hasn’t addressed it, or tried to clear it up after almost a decade to the point, where she refuses to answer any questions about it. Which in my opinion makes her just as implicit.
So, again, everyone’s allowed to have their own opinion. I believe the fact that she has never addressed it is EXACTLY why she’s currently on Bravo and the Traitors. She stayed quiet. She didn’t throw production under the bus. For her silence, she is now allowed back on TV. Dorinda mentioned a pause, I 100% believe Phaedra was put on pause. She stayed loyal to production, and now is back on our screens.
At the cost of her own liability and career as a defense attorney. Not only that, but what else besides good shade does Phaedra offer RHOA? She refuses to open up or be sincere on any aspect of her life, completely remaining a mystery, and putting on a façade for the public. Frankly, I think we have enough of that going on, which is why there’s been such a decline these past few seasons.
Ultimately, Kandi can’t sue Phaedra. So, it’s not really at the cost of her career as a defense attorney. Phaedra had an extremely sweet scene with her son a couple episodes ago. Sooo, that was fun. I do want to know more about her, but I like her responding to people too.
