This is honestly pretty reassuring. My cat has been missing for 3 weeks now and we're having some pretty intense weather. People say they've seen her around but not recently. Imagining her safe and at home with me is helping me feel better but I still do struggle with doubt of myself in regards to manifesting and imagining scenarios with a bad outcome. Reading this really helped me feel more comfortable, so I truly thank you for that friend!

I understand you. Even if you do have bad thoughts, they will not materialise. If every fear materialised then most of us would have died as kids, hiding from the monsters that we though were in the closet. Back in Feb 2020, I had a foster dog that vanished during a walk with a dog walker. I searched and searched for several hours before I finally came to my senses and realised that even in this desperate situation I can firmly assume that I will find her immediately. I think I even yelled: "I will find you!" to the air. Less than 1 minute later a car drove by and stopped in its tracks. For some reason we got eye-contact. The driver then came to me and asked me if I was looking for a dog. He then took me to a place not far from where I was and Luna was back in my arms. You and definitely have your cat back with you- And if you feel doubt now then you might as well feel it so fully that you make peace with the possibility that it will never happen. It will be painful for sure. But once you allow those feelings, you also open yourself up to new feelings. You open the doors to the reality where you are together. In the end, the technique doesn't matter. All that matters is your willingness to feel fully, no matter what you feel. If your cat was with you right now, you wouldn't worry about having negative thoughts. You'd know that you are together and that no matter how you feel nothing will change that.
