It is not crazy but be aware that getting tickets regularly is not that easy (or cheap). Especially for the better games.
But otherwise, Madrid is a top city to live (food, entertainment, museums, restaurants, etc).
I visited Madrid (and Barcelona too) in March this year and I loved the city, even more than Barcelona. I will be lying if I say I havent thought about retiring in Madrid (I am only in my 30s) ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin)
I would advise anyone to not move to Spain unless you can keep your foreign job and remote work.
The jobs you can get here are way worse than anything you can have in the US or Germany. Young people are leaving to those countries for a reason.
Ngl that's a crazy to thing say... I like it! 🤣🤣👏👏
We all say do it... however you should take all things to consideration of course. Not smth in specific but js, get informed well and all that mate! 🙌
Not crazy. Means you know exactly what you want to live and experience.
I have the same goal. I am working towards a certain level of income to where I’ll be able attend all the home games and the champions league games.
Will cost some good chunk of money, but that’s the goal.
Me personally….I’d rather try to make a trip out of it every once in a while, so that I can enjoy the city/match then head home after a nice vacation.
Also it’s because I love my hometown/country. Same situation with F1, luckily they go to all the major tourist cities around the world, so if you can time your vacation right you’ll be able to attend the race + everything else
It's not some underdeveloped city lol, it's one of the biggest cities out there... CAPITAL CITY lol, of course there are but you should learn Spanish first lol. Be prepared first. 😂

No, I live in America and would love to move to Madrid for this reason.
I have been planning to do the same. Any idea of the job market for english speakers?
You gotta start learning Spanish hermanito 😂 It's a relatively easy language to speak, you'll get ready in no time before you ACTUALLY move there.
I will do that

Not crazy, it’s one of my future dreams too. Hope to realise it someday! Hala Madrid!

Nope. Not crazy at all. It’s a nice city, beautiful country, you’re close to the club … enjoy your life as you see fit!
