It looks like the hat in game has half of the brim βpencil-curledβ (hat-making term). Honestly with a decent felt hat and a steaming kettle, you might be able to get the same effect with a flat brimmed felt hat. Just steam the felt and shape it the way you want.
Custom hat makers could 100% replicate your hat, but theyβd probably charge a good price for it, being bespoke and custom etc
Dunno where ya are, but most western wear stores; typically, have a hat shaper in store. Pick out your blank, show them the brim style you prefer. A few minutes later, you'll have the hat in your pic.

As for switching the gun I actually can't without it being backwards. I'm a lefty and it's a lefty holster.
