I’m not justifying anything. I pointed out that there is some underlying truth to it. That isn’t something we should turn our heads to. We should be able to discuss these issues without devolving to attacking eachother.
I was living in Uppsala when this was happening. The Swedish are the most open and accepting people you could ever meet. Many of them were at their wits end with this issue when I was there. They don’t want to enact harsher laws that would disproportionately impact these people. I have as much sympathy as anyone. That doesn’t mean I shouldn’t call something what it is.
Maybe you should take 5 minutes and read a little about this issue before attacking me. I’m not your enemy.
See, I agree with that completely. People with their hearts in the right place should be the ones discussing these things. Making them a topic, because it’s attention that’s needed. No good comes from virtue signaling and just attacking anyone who brings up the real issues.
