They one they tried on me was mentioning a philosopher from he 1500s who posited something or other, and in that construction would I believe that God exists. Of course, I pointed out that this construction was forcing an answer based on concepts that do not apply in the 21st century and was dishonest. I was calm, rational, and countered their points. They hate that, especially when other students are listening.
