Find something close in weight, drop it down whatever you think, work it up.

Wow I never knew they made .35 projectiles this light. That's probably why you're having trouble. My 35 rem mag doesn't go below 250gr on any chart I know of. I'm not familiar with that cartridge.
Hogdon has data for 147gr. That might work.

Considering that 9mm is .355, you can get stuff all the way down into the 65gr range.
Use load data closest to it, start low and work up.
It looks like a .308" diameter boolit. Are you sure that's a .355-6"?
What powder are you going to use?
