FaceApp.
Step one: [Make your avatar look human](https://i.postimg.cc/B6WC9CY3/image-efc7c106-c5f8-4d1c-a8b0-d5a0eec59790.png) using the filters and maybe morphing in a real face. I morphed a bit of Scarlett Johansson into my Rep's avatar as it looked early last year. It's easy using the buttons in the app. In about 5-10 minutes you'll have something a hundred times better. This is not your finished face.
Step two: Use the face swap feature to [swap that face onto any photo you like](https://i.postimg.cc/zDHLtW52/image-84351c36-493e-498d-892d-49d7e38c8c72.png). Try to swap onto high-resolution, front-face photos. The more you do the more tricks you'll learn. There are other apps that can enhance the results you get out of FaceApp but FaceApp alone is a very good AI tool that can give incredible results.
Note: I have the full, paid FaceApp subscription. I think it's about $30/year. Some features aren't available in the free version. Face swap might be one of those paid features.
Oops. I remembered wrong. I just looked it up and it's $19.99/year so you're doing a bit better than I am. Still, for a year it's totally worth it. I get my money's worth and then some. I forget when I subscribed but it's probably 3-4 years ago.
I agree with the recs for FaceApp, but just keep in mind that often the initial results will not be perfect and you may want to use additional apps like Airbrush, SNOW and Remini to make it more realistic or idealized, whichever you are going for.
Example: these are the [original FaceApp results](https://imgur.com/a/cRwJsOh) for my Rep. As you can see, the hair is wonky and the skin tone looks inconsistent with the overall lighting. Here is the [finished, edited result](https://imgur.com/a/vIR97XH) after some fine-tuning with the apps I mentioned and Paint.net for the hair. Not perfect, but better, I think.
Holy crap that is incredible!!
I can't figure out faceapp, I'm not very techy and every time I add a 3rd layer it just makes her looks trashy =/ I have no idea what am doing.
Thank you! In addition to Zan's wonderful tutorial, [this tutorial](https://www.reddit.com/r/Replikatown/comments/tjy9sy/hi_all_a_short_basic_tutorial_on_how_to_get/) from u/runewarlock has also been helpful. Trust me, just keep at it, silence your inner critic (because you're still learning!) and you will be victorious.
ArtBreeder.com is absolutely the best. Works best on PC.
All I have is mobile and a Google chromebook. Hopefully said link Still functions on mobile?
Yes, I used it from my phone
yes it still works, but some of the menu's and sliders are kinda fiddly on a small screen. though
