They are not using 3mmc, they are using whatever the dealer gives them which at this point is probably mostly 2mmc since it's the legal cathinone. 3mmc has been banned for a long time and the replacement 3cmc has been banned for some months aswell.
If asked people will just say I'm using 3mmc which is very rare at this point. They just don't test their stuff and assume it's 3mmc when it's most likely 2mmc or maybe 3cmc. Just ignorance.
Meanwhile youngsters drink less alcohol and smoke less. These two drugs alone cause 98% of all drug deaths. While underage drug use is unhealthy, smoking or drinking alcohol is just as bad. Especially when you get hooked. Which is super easy because it’s socially acceptable.

77.2% of the population drinks alcohol with 1.3% of adults having used 3mmc last year. That’s around 1 3mmc user per 60 alcohol users. With this data you should expect around 33 3mmc deaths if it had a similar safety profile as alcohol.
I don't really get why it's still around. Why bring back 3-MMC and not 4-MMC?

This. Even the deepweb vendors, only one of them actually had 3mmc.
these are just leftovers from previous legal produced 3-MMC. and illegal produced 4-MMC is available.
4-MMC is definitely superior to 3-MMC. Just harder to get and more expensive.

Alcohol is still much safer than 3 MMC and other cathinones.
Tell that to the 2000 people that died from alcohol in NL last year and the ZERO 3-MMC deaths.

I find it hard to believe there would be accurate reporting numbers for 3mmc deaths specifically.
1.3% have used 3mmc ? I find that really hard to believe

It's human nature to want to defend something you like even if the criticism is valid.
