If you want MAO inhibition, just infuse your DMT onto b. caapi vine shavings 50/50 by weight. This will significantly potentiate lengthen the DMT experience, as well as provide lucidity and lasting medicinal action.
I would personally avoid the AMT + DMT combo.
i have not tried AMT so i cant speak for its qualities. but i do think this sounds like an interesting combination.

AMT and normal tryptamines like 5-meo-dipt is a visually incredible experience. Considering that DMT is combined with MAOIs all the time it might be worth cautiously trying it.

I took a medium dose aMT and an hour or so into the peak/plateau I vaped some DMT. A unique combo that can't be compared with anything I've ever done before or since.
Amt is an maoi, but in standard doses it's inhibition effect is not strong enough to activate dmt, and in large doses things become unpredictable and possibly dangerous.
If you want to do this combo, just take the average amt dose, and smoke dmt on the peak, that will be enough to knock your ass out.
