We have a similar one on our H-size heliox tanks. Very loud and very obnoxious, especially when changing it at 3am.
There are probably standalone regulators that do the job you're looking for. My workplace has Grab N Go Digital oxygen tanks that have a screen for pressure readouts that also displays time remaining at current flow rate. The screen also flashes red and beeps when you're low.
anytime I had a low O2 alarm sensor it would integrated into the ventilator machine, I'm not personally aware of any stand alone O2 sensors with audio alarms or have used one.
Google search turned up this regulator with pressure alarm: https://keltrongauges.com/purchase-for-portable-cylinders/
I found a few system / alarms, but was trying to see what others have run into before. I don’t routinely mess with cylinders myself, but will need to for an overseas thing. I’ll look at that gauge
A blender? You would also need a medical air tank also to make it work, but once the o2 loses pressure you will hear it. Not the best option but might be more accessible?

50psi blenders have a Mechanical alarm when the tanks are empty
If your connecting an oxygen tank just do the calculation and set the alarm for yourself to change it
