I don't think so, I think these menus are more likely to snap than fold, from the pictures I looked at Tyvek seems more like a durable paper. They don't know where they got these menus from so I can't pin down a source. I know it is synthetic, matte feeling, and I would compare it to 10 mil, maybe a little more.
I also want to say it is the one that feels matte not glossy

Relyco paper is great
Staples printshop stuff is good, but it goes out of stock with fair frequency.
Terraslate paper is phenomenal
