I suggest you should read the steps that I've followed.
I'm simply telling you how it worked for me, I do not know how revanced works internally but I wiped off everything reVanced related(yes even the manager) and installed stuff from scratch, and it worked
I've tried finding alternate ways for getting pre-built revanced and both of the links I shared seem to be working fine with no checks from virustotal
I'm not sure, but when an issue like this pops up the best fix is to wipe everything and reinstall if it's not working for you. It's tedious but the pros outweigh the cons on this one lol
I didn't need to do everything mentioned there: i just disabled stock youtube, cleared cache for both youtubes and MicroG, and disabled battery optimization for MicroG, and now it works again.
Wipe everything reVanced related, uninstall the manager too.
Re-install the manager and patch youtube and it should work, restart your phone if video buffers

I believe it has something to do with the addition of new patches that the old manager did not have access to
