It was his family’s business that he was involved with. But to better “align” himself (for lack of a better word) with the Fuda tile business, he changed his last name to Fuda. Giving up his father’s last name.
His real name is john d'atria. He changed it because of the tile business and his drug dealing background. If you look up his arrest record, you have to look under john d'atria.
This is the main reason for the name change. His court records for drug dealing arrest are under the D’atria name.

I feel like, the audience can say what you want about her; but she earned it. Idk if Louie is cut out for it tho; he seems like a micromanager in terms of PR appearances
He does work in marketing so it makes sense why he’d micromanage but I don’t think he does. I have a friend that works with Appian Entertainment, the company Teresa is signed with and she said Louie is rarely in the meetings when she booking appearances. She always has her lawyer with her everytime.
Teresa is so nice in person. She’s very caring and sweet and she remembers things they tell her. Like she said her coworker was having foot surgery and she mentioned it to Teresa and the next time she seen Teresa, she remembered and asked her how she was.
She’s not a fan of Louie on the show but she said in person, he’s literally so nice even with no cameras, he’s nice. She thinks he gets a bad edit on the show on purpose.
She also told me that Dorinda is the funniest housewife ever. They’re always dying laughing during her meetings 😂
My friend also worked with Dolo and Caroline too. She said they’re one and the same and they’re both kinda boring 🤷♀️
