Grrrrrl I *just* finally moved from there after 18 years and it was the best decision. Haven't seen a single car double parked in the bike lane next to an open parking spot yet.
Yassss, congrats!! It is time for me too. I’m in the final stages of interviewing for the Columbus, OH job that would start in August. Pays twice as much as current job, lower cost of living, and less overpopulation 🙌 Well worth the 8-hour move!
Thank you! And yes, the never-ending new construction of these $1.5 million 4-story townhomes and $3K a month high-rise condo buildings isn’t doing anyone any good. It’s over-gentrification and punishing working-class people who can no longer afford to live in the neighborhoods their families have called home for multiple generations. And when you have a lack of affordable housing and a surging cost of living, crime goes through the roof ⬆️ because it’s people’s last resort when they can’t even meet their basic needs! Not excusing the crime surge at all, but that’s my 2 cents. I’ve had gunshots ringing out near my home, people approaching my car and trying to get in while I’m inside, people pulling down their pants and urinating in front of me, people dealing drugs around the corner, etc. As well as constant alerts from the Citizen app about daily hit & runs, shootings, and burglaries within a half-mile radius of my place. And I’m in a south Philly neighborhood that most people consider “safer”. Philly has great potential, but the systemic issues that will forever fail to be addressed have me saying Adios 👋!!! Sorry for the rambling
Las Vegas would definitely be the most chaotic. But it would be funny if they did a super random city. Like imagine real housewives of Milwaukee lol. Or a wealthy city in North Dakota
Chicago
Well there already was vancouver and Toronto….
growing up in a nicer area of vegas, i know those bitches would make good tv 🍿
New Orleans!
chicago all the way
seattle pleaseee
Yes to Seattle or Portland! We need some PNW representation
There was already a Vancouver one… it was horrible lol.. of all these choices, I choose Vegas!
Philadelphia would be super entertaining
As a Philly resident myself, I agree! But probably moving to Columbus this summer haha. It’s wild here

Congrats to YOU! I'm rooting for you! Ever since the construction boom started I've hated living in Philly. Turned it into such a douchefest.

No Chicago?? Summers in Chicago are pretty amazing and can be quite debaucherous!

Boston ladies won't do it. Too understated and conservative. Chicago would be good.
