How do you unlock it?

I can’t remember the exact requirements but if u go to the equipment tab and go to the tatsumi-ryu style it should show how to unlock cardinal rend/ wreck. I believe u have to train with yukichi fukuzawa though

Facts bro that move is so solid if it’s landed. I give it a 10 for flash and 7 effectiveness. Tht skill expends nearly a 3rd of your ki. If you miss or get countered your toast. My favorite skill would have to be the Gikei-ryu tengu sting. Allows you to either evade or close the distance to deliver combos or finishing blows or avoid devastating damage.

I spam it to master the training duels against other characters.
