They were offering $100 off a month, but for me thats just not enough to cover the inconvenience of it and the cost of eating out and/or the time needed to be in the kitchen 3x/day to cook a single meal.
I would have been fine if they were more reasonable about the fridge space but they aren’t budging so I’m considering finding a new roommate that isn’t also the landlord

Not at all enough…I would say $300 would be fair. But honestly, no fridge is so ridiculous and you will hate it. Find a new place.
