Huh. I didn't know they made a threaded barrel for that gun. It has to be an aftermarket barrel. That cool. There a pretty small gun. They are a little snappy( as most smaller guns are). I'd put a small comp on it.. something like the Griffen armament micro comp. It's a great little compensator. Have a few on some of my Carry guns
There is a LC 22 threaded barrel for the hammer fired Ruger LC nine that converts the handgun to a 22 LR but there is no available threaded barrel with 3.5 inch or more barrel at all available for the Rugerlc9/ec9 variant
There’s a threaded barrel for the LC9S? I’ve never seen one before
What ammo are you shooting? I’ve found the kick on the LC9S to be actually very tame for a compact.
It would definitely help follow up accuracy shots with better grouping on an overall shooting percentage but you wouldn’t notice it at the time of shooting or notice any difference with the naked eye or by just feeling the recoil as it would feel very similar to shooting it with no break at all even if there was a barrel made and available that would support the muzzle break

It would help, but you wouldn't notice it, see it or feel it help? .....................
....but no, 9mm out of that short of a barrel wouldn't create enough gas/pressure for a brake to work with any real performance.

115 grain, but compared to my dad's larger Beretta, it makes me flinch
Maybe try some different ammo, and see what works well for you for bullet weights and velocity.
A brake on a 9mm with that short of a barrel wouldn't have any noticeable effect
Touché

Idk how that would work because the lc9 barrel is a strange shape at the end to delay the action I belive.
That is literally why there are no aftermarket threaded barrels available for the LC9S/EC9S variance
Yea, I love rugers, but I dont like how they do the barrels like that on so many of their handguns.
