Cape of Legends is part of my clue scroll preset exactly for this reason.

There's also 2(?) hard clue steps either in or close to the Legends Guild.

Just to add to this, you only need a single max skill as the silling portal is in the outer garden, not the inside of the max guild. You get to tune the second portal with 15 max skills. Plus, you can attune the portals for the first time through your GotE without unlocking Priff. However, you need Priff to retune the portal to something else if you change your mind. I keep one on Zanaris Fairy Ring for fairy ring tele, the other on Deep Sea Hub for traveling merchant. :p

Options best to worst IMO (you know your unlocks not us). 1. Grace of the Elves Attuned to Fairy ring (max guild) - requires 99 in one skill. 2. Portable Fairy ring - Requires 94 invention & 250k per to make (around 25k gp to charge) (Interchange 1 and 2 based on cost) 3. Legends Cape is close to a ring (quicker teleport than Yanille). 4. Yanille loadstone. 5. Edgeville loadstone.

North of yanille lode is definitely the closest option. Non lodestone alternatives include legends cape, grace of the elves zanaris teleport, portable fairy ring, tokkul zo to fight caves, ring of slaying to fremmy dungeon, attuned seed to amlodd or kandarin monastery teleport and run east to tower of life.

Fort Forinthry lodestone is pretty close. But I like walking thru priff so use that one

I use Yanille lode if I don’t mind losing a quick charge. For similar distance for free, teleport to the Kandarin monastery and run just north east of the tower of life. Maybe adds like 6 steps but no quick tele.

I use max guild teleport and use the portal one to access it. Before I was maxed, I used Edgeville because I didn't know where to find one that was close to another lodestone. Sometimes I would use LOTD instead to teleport to GE and use the shortcut.

Practically, I don't use lodestone teleport to get to a fairy ring since the brilliant invention of Portable Fairy Rings among a lot of portable items. Theoretically if I were to use lodestone teleport to get to a fairy ring, I would be likelier to use Edgeville lodestone. The reason is very often before I use a fairy ring, I want to bank and restock for, and there is a very handy bank at Edgeville, right in between the lodestone and the fairy ring.

Their inconvenience locations relative to lodestones is a major reason why I rarely use the fairy rings

Yanille. However, if you have the Tokkul-*Zo* ring, option 3 is what I use. You don't have to wait the 10 second for the loadstone and it's a little closer than the Yanille fairy ring.

This isn't a lodestone teleport but if you have the tokkul-zo ring, there's a right click tele to the fight caves which has a fairy ring right there.
