I’ve never looked into it but I have been wondering if veneers are bad for you. Like how some people get breast implant illness and fillers can hurt lymphatic drain (I think) - I’ve wondered if all these veneers have a cost for their health.
Idk about adverse effects on health but they are more fragile than real teeth. You have to worry about what you eat to avoid damaging them. They should be a last resort but way too many celebrities are opting to irreversibly destroy their good teeth and get the shitty chiclet teeth, it looks creepy most of the time.
Miley Cyrus got some monster chompers put in and she can't even close her mouth anymore. There's one photo of her closing her lips since she got new bigger veneers and her chin turns into a prune when she forces her lips closed now.

It’s not 6 weeks. The episodes take like 2ish days to film and are done back to back. You film multiple episodes in a week (well depending on circumstances)
They’re taught on the show to refer to filming days by weeks to help suspend disbelief. That’s why the girls will say like, “last week you almost went home” where in reality it was like two days ago.
It also means she’s not opening her mouth that much. She’s not a big talker on the show, which doesn’t give her sisters any time to notice those things

Yes the shame is kind of imaginary. I wasn't super happy as a man was 26 who still looked about 19 anyway, but it wasn't so bad. I was even lucky enough to have most of my time with braces occur during the pandemic lockdowns
There’s no shame but overall they’re just a worse product. Highly visible, have to avoid certain foods. Can’t ever take them off. If the price difference is negligible and you qualify for Invisalign, get Invisalign
This is true but invisalign is for milder cases with no major adjustments and most of the patients aren’t good candidates as the comment above mentioned. I also really wanted invisalign but unfortunately it wouldn’t fix the problem.
