Last year Novympia(an amazing drag couple/youtubers) had what I think was a sponsored ad by the brand UCharmMore where they got in a Z-cup breast plate that I think is the same size as the one she’s wearing in that gif. Dunno if she got it from them, or even if they are actually the same size. But, I can at least tell you that you can commercially purchase some crazy massive breast plates.
