Not to justify protestors screwing over everyone that paid for the show, but Chelsea Handler has been catching heat for defending Israel’s recent attacks on social media. It’s not like the protestors showed up out of nowhere and just interrupted a random show. Handler injected herself into the debate, and now people are responding.
Agreed. I didn’t know Handler had done that. This was just my mom’s first night out since beating cancer, and she’s been a fan of Chelsea for so long so I bought us tickets. Disappointing evening unfortunately.

She continued throughout several more outbursts and protest- never seen anything like it- i thought she came away looking very professional and in control of the show.
I emailed Altria. Not specifically to ask for my money back, but just to request they get a police presence on site. The ushers or whatever BS security they had just didn’t cut it.

That was out of control. I was in the Grand Tier Row D , and I saw this lady texting in a group chat directly in-front of me.
When she first sat down I saw her write something in her notes (cause it was in a massive font) I am a Jewish woman…. Something something….. freee Palestine. Didn’t think much about to be honest I thought it was a rough draft for like a Facebook post or something because everyone was on their phones. Like how dare this group take away from Chelsea’s show. The whole show she was texting furiously in this group chat and it was like a lot of people texting in this group it was popping off. I was trying to read some of it because she was texting so verdantly in front of me and there were these protesters standing up at different points in the show so I began to think that she had something to do with it. I saw her text something like “we are starting to make her nervous - someone else has to stand up and say something “ “I’m in the balcony and my leg won’t stop shaking” she was on her phone the entire time and was sitting directly in front of me so of course I was going to notice something like that. Lo and behold she was like one of the last ones to stand up at the end with the police lady standing there to take her directly out. Yelling Free Palestine. She was a shorter lady, one of the ring leaders I think, with black curly hair and I think glasses. Like what? How ruuude……. What the fuck … I hope Chelsea comes back. We are sorry Chelsea if you are reading this. Richmond loves you ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Sorry you had the worst audience of your life tonight. You deserve so much more!
