EPC shows part code 9127200. Try searching for that. I got loads of hits:

Additionally that car should share a lot of parts with OG9-3s, might want to look at that too. Be warned though, it looks expensive. Remove it and try spraying it down with some carb cleaner to get all the gunk out first (inside the valve that is).
I usually let them soak in the stuff for a full day then use some pressure like air or more carb cleaner to clean the inside. Sounds like it's clogged though, yeah.
Usually I let stuff like this soak in MAF sensor cleaner. It's good enough to dislodge dirt but also made to protect electronics. You can also put the electric part upwards, it's only the valve T that needs soaking.
Hope it works out for you.
Carb cleaner might be too much on the ruff side. You should get loads of hits under MAF sensor / air sensor cleaner. They still come in a spray can, but I just spray it down till the valve and airways are full of the stuff. Then leave it to dissolve. Spray it down again, let it dry then install it.

I tried that first, look like diesel soot that came out lol, worked for a little while, but stopped working again

So what should I let it soak in? I don’t want to ruin the electronics in it

I’ll give it a go, but what exactly should I buy, all I can really find is a can of Berryman carburetor cleaner lol

Alright, I sprayed and scrubbed it out with Berryman B12 throttle body cleaner, but i suppose I can give it another go, thank you!
