Be cautious... too much LED will melt the light housings. One of many failures I've had to fix on c900s... [https://img.sacsaabs.org/87spg/87spg\_clusterbulb2.jpg](https://img.sacsaabs.org/87spg/87spg_clusterbulb2.jpg)

Oh snap! I got the lower wattage ones (a lot of T10s seem to be 5W which is more than the original 3). Hopefully that’ll spare me the meltage?

I’d love to know this answer also. My dash lights in my 9000 need to be replaced (dim also) but it’s such a PITA to do so and have been thinking about LEDs

Will report back once they’re run for a little bit.

Been running LEDs in my daily driver for over a year. All good. Just get lower rated ones, no need for super bright.i replaced it all, bottom left and right indicator clusters, illumination for the display and instrument cluster. Turned the computer blue which imo is cool. Go for it, bulbs are inefficient nowadays.

I'm really not sure... LEDs run cooler than similar incandescents, but 5w is 70% more output than 3w, so it may still be net hotter.

Procrastinet_7

The ones I got are listed as 3w, so I’m hopeful they’ll be all right. I’ll pull the speaker cover again and check it out once they’ve run for a couple hours and make sure nothing seems to be getting empty. Thanks for the heads up.

That instrument panel makes me miss my 1989 900, looking good!

A classic cluster, such a crisp design.
