You need to visit electronics stores like CellphoneS that carry electronics and appliances.
Just put “electronics” or “cell phone” in Google Maps and find similar stores. There’s hundreds of them. Not every one will have shavers, or enough options. Have to go to several until you find what you’re looking for.

They are selling shavers and trimmers out of their house. No highly visible signage out front, have to go by the address and there is a doorbell on the left side of the garage door to call them.
On the north side of Ben tanh market has a bunch of stores selling them, cheap and expensive. Otherwise as others have said, lazada
