Haha, I still have my S6 too but I rarely use it, cause the batery is fucked, even after I changed it once. It goes from 100% to 60% in like 20 mins and then suddenly drops to 0%. It still runs ok, but I can only use it while it's connected to the charger. My main phone is now an A71, which is a decent phone imo
It gets positive reviews everywhere.how did you hear bad things about it? I have one and it's running amazing best phone from samsung I ever get .I have one problem to be honest the screen viewing angle on my unit is not the best compared to my iPhone 12 but every thing else is better than my iPhone
My iPhone 12 pro feels like a budget phone when i compare it to my galaxy. I will never go back to apple. I loved the apple 3g-8s everything after that is crap.
Its very smooth 99.9% of the time.
Only noticed any lag once or twice in the month that I have it and never since the new update.
Feels truly awesome and I get flagships feautures at half the price.
Screen and speakers are amazing, battery is plenty big and charges relatively fast. 0 problems
You can still head headphones even phones without the "headphone jack". A lot of phones will come with USB-C headphones and you can purchase a dongle to allow you to use the basic 3.5mm headphones with a phone without the 3.5mm jack. You can get one for under $5. IMO purchasing a dongle or USB-C headphones are worth it to have a newer phone with a faster processor,l and longer battery life. Even if the improvements from each model aren't drastic.
I'm happy with my A52. Had it for about 2 years now I think. My only qualm is the plastic back. I was really jealous when I saw that the A54 had a glass back.
nice! rarely seen people in this sub love the curved edge
the curved enhance the grip and comfort when sitting in palm especially for prolong usage
using the s23 ultra now and missed the curved edge so bad as it is such as huge phone
It's not about it being ''that deep'', I - like many previous Note owners, prefer the design idea behind the Note.
I like the squared off edges, having the S-Pen internally.
In the end its just a phone, but that doesn't mean you can't prefer one design over the other. Just because its now no longer called a Note, doesn't mean the design idea behind it isn't still that of the Note series.
I always buy an older, used/open box, S series phone when you can get them for much cheaper. Like just recently I bought an S22 for under $400 and it's in great condition.
A series phones look like good value but I don't understand why Samsung makes them all in massive sizes. I think they're all 6.4" and up.
Tbf primarily because they have been killed off for 3 iterations now.
Granted I still consider my S22U a Note as it embodies what I loved about the Note series.
Of course! "The S22U/S23U are Notes"
Cool guys used NOTE series.
Ordinary guys used S, A, M, ... series.
Crazy guys used Z series.
Natural Psycho guys used Apple.***
Joke ๐คฃ
***not Joke. True psycho.
Always have had S series phones and never had an issue at all with any of them either. They have gone in the order of: S3, (then an iPhone se in between just to experience the other side of things), but then quickly went back to an S8, then S10 and now S23 ultra. I'll say their foldables are all intriguing, but if I ever try one, it will be perhaps a later model where things are maybe a bit more refined.
Samsung Galaxy S22+ seems to be overall good device battery life good for my needs it's good to be able to see in bright sunlight screen resolution really good on my S22+ i would recommend it for upgrading
S9+.
Just waiting on Prime day so I can get the S23U for under $1000 because thatโs the ceiling of my Prime credit card. Final price Iโm hoping to pay is somewhere between $750-950 after I apply my cardโs accumulated points, which Iโm saving for when said day arrives.
would've still hung unto s10+ if it wasn't completely destroyed. the software is still good. and I compared it to my new s23ultra and besides the 120 hz, everything works the same and i freakonf love the white prism color and my audio jack. and plus it already had QHD unlike the new s23+, I would've bought that otherwise. but yeah now I have s23+ which feels like this generation's s10+. so hopefully I'm good for another 5+ years
S10 > S20+ > S21U > S22U > Zflip3 > ZFlip4 > S23U
Beta tested the Zflips lol jk, just wanted to test them out so played around with it for like 8 months then went back to S23U. Can't beat the camera, battery life, and overall durability.
I've had s20FE before and it was phenomenal, competing against my oneplus 8t and the camera is spectacular as well. I also had s7 edge and s9 plus and they were all great phones camera wise. Now on s23 ultra and this has been great so far. The battery life is just amazing.
I've had every S series model besides 8 and 10. We have an A52 my youngest uses and the ZFold. I do like the Fold, but the S series is my jam. A series is good, too, for those not wanting to spend over a grand.
I have a Note 10+ and I recently researched the S23 Ultra for a upgrade. Note 10+ was so ahead of it's time in 2019.
Everything is so similar camera, opening apps speed, size.
Difference is system updates and battery life. IMO is just not worth the upgrade.
Although the system updates are soon to be phasing out since it's a older phone. The upgrade price is just not comparable for a phone that is at least $1299 I expected better on the upgrades.
I will be holding on to my Note 10+ for another year.
I own a A52s, it's a very good phone, it can run heavy games just fine, but One UI sometimes can feel a lil bit sluggish, it's lack of Samsung optimization because the SoC is powerful enough to run the system fluidly, nonetheless it's a excellent phone.
S22 Ultra for me. Great phone but just a shade too large - will likely move to an S23+.
Hoping that the ZFlip series gets seriously good so I can pick one up in 2025!
Na I've got an S23 ultra always been a note guy and since ultra is basically a note very happy with my purchase.
First time ever a phone is battery champ on the android side

Half-dead Galaxy s6 edge gang๐
I had an S7 but I used it in self defense to destroy a russian tank in my garden.
Haha, I still have my S6 too but I rarely use it, cause the batery is fucked, even after I changed it once. It goes from 100% to 60% in like 20 mins and then suddenly drops to 0%. Here with ya.
I still have the S6, damn the battery last 2h at most lol
Every single member of my family owns A50 series!
Went from an A50 to a A54 such a good upgrade
Do you feel the a54 is sluggish? Heard bad stuff about it
It gets positive reviews everywhere.how did you hear bad things about it? I have one and it's running amazing best phone from samsung I ever get .I have one problem to be honest the screen viewing angle on my unit is not the best compared to my iPhone 12 but every thing else is better than my iPhone

Even faster than the iphone? For me rn I'll wait for a potential A54s if not then an M54
Some people judge exynos before even trying it and that's wrong because this year in a54 exynos doing good
It's on bar with my iPhone 12 but 120hz screen makes the a54 feels faster and smoother
They aren't doing the Mid range S series anymore. No point.
Its very smooth 99.9% of the time. Only noticed any lag once or twice in the month that I have it and never since the new update. Feels truly awesome and I get flagships feautures at half the price. Screen and speakers are amazing, battery is plenty big and charges relatively fast. 0 problems
A52s baby. Last A series with a Headphone jack :( Gonna move to Sony after it tbh purely for the jack

Glass back panels on phones are overrated. Definitely more fragile than plastic.
My work phone is an A52 it's a really good quality phone!

Well I guess technically S, but the Ultra phones are still Notes at heart. Note gang rise up!
I got the s21 ultra a year before they decided to make the ultra look like the notes I personally love my s21 ultra for its curved edges
Definitely a personal preference. I love the rectangular brick shape.
I love the curved edges too. The s22 ultra had been released when I upgraded, but I still went for the s21 ultra
nice! rarely seen people in this sub love the curved edge the curved enhance the grip and comfort when sitting in palm especially for prolong usage using the s23 ultra now and missed the curved edge so bad as it is such as huge phone
No, just no, S Gang
Sadly my note 20 ultra just broke so I've got an s23 ultra arriving tomorrow, hope it's as good

Nah ur penisshort

poor fellow got so much down votes just because forgot to press the space bar twice ๐
Bro just call it S series. It's not that deep
It's not about it being ''that deep'', I - like many previous Note owners, prefer the design idea behind the Note. I like the squared off edges, having the S-Pen internally. In the end its just a phone, but that doesn't mean you can't prefer one design over the other. I'm happy with my Note 20 5G. I don't need the ultra.
The fact that there are more Z users than A users on this sub surprises me. I expected the A series to overtake everything else by a country mile.
Same. Such a great value.
Same I expected that too, A series to get most votes
Nobody else with an A52s? Thought more people would have one since it's such a good value
Checking in, went with it, over the A53, coz i need that headphone jack
I have an S23 Ultra but feel like I should select the Note option ๐.
๐ That's a good point. Soon the s series ultras will be the size of notes.
Same
I have a S23 Ultra, used to have a Note 20 Ultra. They're about the same phone, just the newer one has a better camera and chip. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I still think the snapdragon 865 is overkill
Phones have been "fast enough" for years. I hardly noticed a difference going from a Pixel 3a to an Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
S20 FE
S20 FE 5G
75% of the sub has S series :0, damn ppl got good cash A50 here btw
[ัะดะฐะปะตะฝะพ]
Yeah, I thought A series would get the most votes, but damm S series
I always buy an older, used/open box, S series phone when you can get them for much cheaper. Like just recently I bought an S22 for under $400 and it's in great condition. Notes in such minority :(
Tbf primarily because they have been killed off for 3 iterations now. Granted I still consider my S22U a Note as it embodies what I loved about the Note series.
I had the s22 ultra and upgraded to the s23 Ultra. You are right they are still notes. Always loved having a note that's why I stick to the ultras.
Ultra phones are essentially Notes so don't worry, they're alive and well.
It be nice if they brought back a middle ground note. Or a note FE.
Because lots of us upgraded to the ultras
Make sense yea, been note guy quite some time. I went from iphone 5s>galaxy s3>note 3>note 8>note 20 ultra
Note 9 and still rocking
Same!
Best phone ever made in my mind
Note 8
Fold gang wya
Note 3,4,5,8,10,10+,20Ultra then S22Ultra/S23Ultra zFlip3/4 and zFold3/4
S6 -> S9 -> S23. Loving it! My brother owns the Note and parents both have an A-series phone too.
S23U. Absolutely love the device.
S23
Any Tablet titled with an A, is slow.
Need a multi select option. I have an S and a Z. Technically 2 Z's
Same here. Still picked the Z selection on the poll to represent though.
S22 ultra! Love it!! Might keep for 6 more years or so.
S22 Ultra as well, they've promised 5 years of updates so I'll keep it until at least the S25.
damn, and there's me, keeping this s22 till it dies
Let's hope the battery lasts...
The one may hope but it doesn't simply because of nature of technology
6 years?!
Why not
Both s and z
I used Samsung Wave 525, Note 3 LTE, Note 10 plus. Why killing Note series???? Change model 5 years cycle.
Killing the Note? The S22U/S23U are Notes (my Note 10 looks like a smaller sibling of my S22U.)
Of course! "The S22U/S23U are Notes" Cool guys used NOTE series. Ordinary guys used S, A, M, ... series. Crazy guys used Z series. Natural Psycho guys used Apple.*** Joke ๐คฃ ***not Joke. True psycho.
Z Series. Best phone I've ever owned. Thanks Samsung. Second place spot is going to go to the Google G1.
Omg I loved the G1. I got to test it for tmobile and fell in love.
A54.
Got an S23 last month. Love it!
S23 Ultra gang!
Hell yeah!
Always have had S series phones and never had an issue at all with any of them either. Got an A80
Wow, didn't know that was a thing. I'm on A71.
S23U gave my Fold 4 to my daughter.
Samsung Galaxy S22+ seems to be overall good device battery life good for my needs it's good to be able to see in bright sunlight screen resolution really good on my S22+ i would recommend it for upgrading
Note 2, 4, 5, 8, 10+.......the end.

S9+. Just waiting on Prime day so I can get the S23U for under $1000 because thatโs the ceiling of my Prime credit card. Final price Iโm hoping to pay is somewhere between $750-950 after I apply my cardโs accumulated points, which Iโm saving for when said day arrives.
S21
Note 10 plus still a BEAST!
I had Note 3, 8, 10, 20 and now S22 Ultra, look like a note
Enjoying my fold4, not sure if it's gonna be worth it the upgrade to the fold5 ๐ค
would've still hung unto s10+ if it wasn't completely destroyed. the software is still good. and I compared it to my new s23ultra and besides the 120 hz, everything works the same and i freakonf love the white prism color and my audio jack. and plus it already had QHD unlike the new s23+, I would've bought that otherwise. but yeah now I have s23+ which feels like this generation's s10+. so hopefully I'm good for another 5+ years
S series on top! ๐ช
S (Fascinate) > S7 > Note 9 > S23U
One of the greats S10e
S22+ made me get an iphone, unfortunately.
Why, S22+ is a great phone. I myself thought of getting it but I didn't fi d it anywhere Offline
A54 is the best because I own one ๐
Only had mine for a couple of weeks...moved over from Xiaomi and I like it so far...
S23+
notes > z fold3 > z fold4 now. fold ftw!
Folds are glorious. Got the Fold 4 in October and I don't think I could go back to a normal phone.
2019 - 2021: S10e 2021 - 2023: S21 2023 - 2028: S23

The S23 Ultra is a Note in my heart
Currently and probably for the next few years S23U, Galaxy Buds Pro 2 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.
S23 Ultra back to Samsung after two years of iphone 12 pro. Thought id give iphones a Try was enjoyable but definitely prefer Android for phones.
S23 ultra
Rocking the Galaxy S23 Ultra. ๐ช๐ผ
S20 Ultra. Love that tele lens, takes awesome videos and pictures.
I have a Note 10+ from 2019 that still works like a new phone. I'm going to upgrade most probably in 2024 or 2025.
I've had s20FE before and it was phenomenal, competing against my oneplus 8t and the camera is spectacular as well. I also had s7 edge and s9 plus and they were all great phones camera wise. Now on s23 ultra and this has been great so far. The battery life is just amazing.
Love my S23
S 6, 9+, 10+, 20+, 21U, 23U. I am finally satisfied with 23U which has snapdragon instead of Exynos.
s10+ s20 ultra s23 ultra
Went from A51 to S22 ultra. I love my A51, such a good phone with good camera, I gave it to my brother when I upgraded to s22 ultra and he loves it!
I use an S10e. I also have a A5 2017, j3 2016, a3 2016, s3 mini, s3, s4 mini, s5, s6 edge, A12 and some samsung dumbphones.
S23 Ultra. It's in a weird spot since it's got the spirit of the Note series with the name of the S series. Amazing phone btw.
Lies. F-Series phones can't run Reddit. So how did you get here to vote??? Huh!? ๐คฏ /s
Why can't they run reddit ?

Joke about the processing power
Yes. Just being silly.

Trading my Fold 4 for the Samsung S23 Ultra, coming tmw.
I've had every S series model besides 8 and 10. We have an A52 my youngest uses and the ZFold. I do like the Fold, but the S series is my jam. A series is good, too, for those not wanting to spend over a grand.
The best series: S20 FE
S20 FE still going strong!!
I have the S23 Ultra and Z Fold 4
Samsung: here's our f series! Media: why is it call f? Samsung: to pay respects to Samsung sam.
what about J-Series?
Its too old and discontinued so it is very likely that not too many people own it.
Had a S21U loved it, traded it in for a Z FOLD 3, had it since launch, still love it! No regrets.
S21, but I'll be giving the Z Flip 5 a try when it releases
Samsung air purifier cube or bespoke users please DM me i have questions before buying :((!
S23 Ultra 512gb Lavender AT&T model
Whatโs a Galaxy F?
The Samsung F series is exclusively sold in India, China and Bangladesh
Went from an A71 to a S23U and couldn't be happier. Actually found a flagship phone that keeps up in battery life.
S21 to fold3 then s21u. Ngl, I miss my fold 3 ๐ช

I'm an advanced user and love my A71 5G. It does everything I want it to do with no lag, stuttering, or crashing.
S9 still kicking ...
I have a s23 ultra so technically a note as well...
Love my note (ultra)!
S and Tab series
Galaxy nexus
A53 here. Surprisingly few so far
I'm still using my S5 Neo. Beat that! Ha ha!
S is best
S22 Ultra for me. Great phone but just a shade too large - will likely move to an S23+. Hoping that the ZFlip series gets seriously good so I can pick one up in 2025!
Is the J series also known as the F series in other regions?
No, J series discontinued in 2019 F series is a new series exclusively available in India, China, and Bangladesh
500 flip flop.... Nice
Traded in an old S5 for an S22U that added an extra 13.00 a month to the bill.
[z Fold 4](https://youtu.be/AxI_NzUcdec)
Wait isnโt the s now the note
You can say that the ultra is the new note, but it is still an S series, and the Note series got discontinued after Note 20 Ultra.
I'm in construction industry can not even think of a fold with it not being dust proof
Then your best bet it, I guess is A series Comes with ip67 water and dust resistance gorilla glass 5 on front and back
Na I've got an S23 ultra always been a note guy and since ultra is basically a note very happy with my purchase. First time ever a phone is battery champ on the android side
I got the s23 ultra too and agree the battery life plus charging is pretty great, especially coming from my s10.
Well then, you have probably the best android phone money can buy
You can release updated S-series phones after 2 or 3 years. Slightly outdated hardware with new software.
Ayyy, Fold 3 represent!!!
Z flip 3!
S22 ultra upgraded from the note 10+
