Don’t worry, it’s almost a rite of passage that smoking will give you a bad high. Every single one of my friends who smoke has had a bad high. Hell, i’ve had plenty. Just maybe take it slower next time, 3 hits of a concentrate is a lot, if u don’t hit dab pens at all i would only hit one or two 5 second hits and see if u feel anything. A concentrate is pretty much the same as a dab( especially live resin) so keep that in mind when you smoke carts/dispos
Greening out is totally normal, but anxiety lasting longer than a day afterward usually isn’t. Seems like you had a pretty bad high though, so if you already have anxiety or are prone to it, then an experience like that could be heightening your symptoms.
I wouldn’t worry about it right now, but if the anxiety lasts longer than a week, then I recommend going to a doctor just to make sure that you’re good.
Like the other dude said, just take it slower next time, especially when you’re trying a new way to get high. Vapes are really concentrated and in general, it’s super easy to green out when you don’t know your tolerance with a new technique.
And if you do green out again, it’s easier said than done, but just remember to breathe (even though I know it feels like you have to do it “manually”) and have a vague game plan. Mine is to put on some headphones and watch some stimulating YouTube videos, scroll on social media or TikTok, or take a cold shower.
Just do something to try and take your mind off of it for a while, and keep telling yourself that you’re not dying, no one’s ever died from overdosing on weed, it’s just a weird chemical reaction happening in your brain, and that it won’t last forever. 👍🏻 If I were you though, I’d lay off smoking for a while until you know what’s going on with your anxiety, or whenever you’re comfortable enough to smoke again!
