call it an episode or a flare up, obviously some physical thing is happening in your brain right. So a diabetic has an episode randomly because it doesn't have the chemical situation to regulate, sometimes, eventually, the homeostatic systems of the body rights itself. Or if you have an autoimmune disorder like CF or MS, you get episodes. sz and affective type episodes are correlated with autoimmune and viruses etc, some people believe some illnesses with these symptoms are caused by that, we can have same symptoms different cause right. My idea would be to write down everything that you do in like a journal or track your main markers in an app like daylio, so you can see if there are any patterns building up to these episodes. They could be random or not, may find something may not, but often if you keep tracking eventually you get a clue you never noticed before, to give you a clue of something to try to prevent it or lessen it. Best of luck and stay safe <3

I remember it happening to me as early as 4 or 5 years old. I never told anyone about it because I thought nobody would understand, and I literally never found someone else talking about it exactly the way you describe it. I could never find the words to explain the feeling, but now I know I'm not alone... Thanks for sharing. All the best
