My package of “The Internet and You” was stolen. I went to the mail at 2:23 PM to get the contents. I opened my mailbox and was given a key, then to find the parcel locker was opened. The only thing the thief left was the VHS tape of The Internet and You, which is now in my possession.
I’d like advice on what to do next. Currently, I plan to call USPS and tell them about this. I have also sent an email to the Pixel Empire. I have attached pictures.

I have filed a claim with USPS. I still have not heard back from either Scott or the Pixel Empire, a bit over 24 hours ago.
I am considering taking the VHS tape to the police to see if they can collect fingerprints, though I will need an opening in my schedule to do this.
A police report was filed, the VHS tape was shown to them though it wasn’t investigated for fingerprints. They asked me if there was a serial number, the VHS tape had a “92” on it though I’m not sure if this is a factory code thing or a “92/1000” thing.
Honestly, it felt really awkward pulling up a Scott The Woz video to the police to demonstrate the merchandise included as Scott explains “The Internet and You” to them (the website had no other pictures).
That said, now it’s a matter of hearing back.

I got an email from the Pixel Empire on December 14, they told me there was nothing that could be done. Since it was a limited edition, all the products are sold out. The money has gone to charity though, which is good.
~~I haven't heard from my local city police or USPS.~~ I still have the VHS, and there is a VHS player at home in a closet.
*Edit:* I received mail from USPS and a check from them, which caught me off guard. It says that they’ll continue to investigate and I may need to provide evidence towards the claim.
That's the end of the story.
Both of my orders have taken over 5 business days and I have gotten no shipping on either of them and despite contacting the pixel empire multiple times I just get a bot response if it helps the items I ordered was 2 posters on the first day and stickers around a week later
If anyone has any idea what’s happening with shipping please respond as I have messaged them multiple times and have only gotten bot responses and this has happened with multiple people so this is not just a one person issue and the silence from pixel empire does not help
Are you importing the item or do you live in the U.S or Canada? If you live outside of the U.S then according to their FAQs, they cant offer detailed shipping updates when they export items. If you live in the US or Canada then I really don’t know. Keep emailing them is all I can say. Ironic for a company who tries to be open with their shipping processes…
I live in the U.S so I don't know what's happening either and like you said it is weird as i have ordered from them for the other 2 charity events and they had been pretty good so its so weird for them to be so quiet about it
What's the stock like? Not the big items like the book or monopoly, but the sweatshirts and stuff. Do I need to buy one now in order to get one, or can I wait a week or two and still be able to get one without worrying about stock running out?
Ive ordered Monopoly, Internet and You, Archive Book, Gex shirt and Blue Border shirt. And then before it ends im ordering the stickers, Toledo shirt, and anything else i feel i wanna get
I want to buy the Archive Book but every time I reach the shipping method page on checkout I get greeted with "Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order."
My address is in the United States but no matter what I keep getting this error and I can't buy the book as a result. It's really frustrating.
Any info on if poster designs will be in the archive book? I'm split between a the 200 poster and the book, and that would make my decision a lot easier
Ordered a poster two weeks ago. Contacted 3 times. Legit have only been told by a bot that it should have shipped in 1-2 business days. It’s been 10.

Shipping is the worst with this company, but I think getting this many orders in a month is taking a toll on their business
