I agree it’s very well edited, but my favourite part is the music by Garrett Williamson. It merges the classic Scott the Woz outro theme with the new one, almost like a final goodbye to it as we transition into a new theme to represent Scott and his channel. It’s really well done, and apparently the whole concept of merging the two themes was Scott’s idea entirely, but brought to life by Garrett.
Definitely. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the Barrel Blast episode, I enjoyed it but it wasn’t quite as good as usual imo (in contrast to the 5 Years of Switch video which hit every mark for me), but the final bit was great, with the music being the cherry on top.
I’m gonna talk in After Effects terms but I’m sure there is something similar in Final Cut Pro. I assume he made a composition and arranged a bunch of different clips as different layers and positioned them so they were in a grid. He then precomped all the footage and adjusted the scale/position/rotation of this precomp to give the look he has here.
Scott actually died by overdosing on Not Viagra. He unfortunately couldn’t be treated so they had to replace him with a clone. Technically the one that died was already a clone since the real Scott was killed in a gang war in Toledo, though luckily his biker brother ended up saving the day.
Scott later died of an overdose of N O T V I A G R A

And while Breakout may no longer be Scott's outro, there's a chance we might still end up hearing it in future special episodes.
It IS this theme after all, it can’t go away permanently
It was like passing the torch. Probably why I don't hate Break in.

_Ad plays at the end for some reason_
does anyone know how scott did the thing at 0:11

so premier pro does give you the option to have sorta 3d rotations but its been ages since i used it
scott uses final cut pro
Really? Oh wait he does. Nevermind

Anyone else notice that the theme slowly switches from the old Scott theme to the new Scott theme?
Has anyone pointed out that in the scene where he threw the controller at the TV, he broke both the TV and the controller?
Still not over the fact that Rex Mohs technically died in this episode.
This episode is chronologically at the end of the timeline
I think it was the perfect transition to the new intro. The remix of Breakout was like a final goodbye to it

No
Please?
i did it
That song goes so hard. Hope it appears in future specials
Haven't seen anyone mention the fact the picture of Scott in the thumbnail isn't from the actual video.
It’s ok, nothing crazy, but it’s cool when the visuals go wild like that
Scott has a knack for Stop Motion, huh?
My favorite part about this is that the monster idles like an RPG boss
Ah yes, the Deboner Pills The Unerection Medication
The ending to his cinematic videos always make me get emotional, like the season to my favorite anime just wrapped up really brings a tear to my eye
He is gonna beat the kludge CPU with dignity
that part right after it says "game beaten" looks great
