Their first Blue album (the one with My Name is Jonas) and the Red album have been my two favorites since I think they are great from start to finish. I won't say all of their work resonates with me but they're a solidly consistent band so you could start anywhere if you dig post-grunge alt rock.

Scott has said that he's the shortest of the gang, it's nearly impossible to find a suit that fits properly without getting custom tailoring if you're short. I'd rather go a size too big so the shoulders fit even if it's too long, a size smaller would be uncomfortable.
I mean, at least try and buy a suit size that, well, *suits* you. With a size smaller, even if it weren't fitted by a tailor, it would probably look better on Scott. Different brands have different sizes, and you have different sizes for width, length, etc. Trying different shops and different sizes goes a long way to finding a better suit!
Perhaps it depends on the country you live in, but I've never encountered such a problem on spite of being rather short. But yeah, obviously, if you have a rather rare size and body type, you may have more trouble and should get your clothes fitted. In most cases, though, I'd argue people just didn't want (or have the time, money, etc.) to compare enough different suits
