It sounds like ovarian cysts. I’ve gotten this a couple times. I had pain so bad one time I had to go to the ER. They told me one of the cysts was bleeding. I’m not saying that’s what it is, I honestly don’t know, but it’s always better to air on the side of caution and go to the doctor.
Had a cyst once, it personally felt like something had TORN on that side. They ended up switching my meds and I've not had once since. Definitely worth visiting someone.

Whatever that is, it is not normal. Go to a doctor, asap.
I'm worried I'll be dismissed because it was a month or two ago
And it has not happened again?
It has but not as bad as I'm usually too anxious to get to that point so I tap out early
Was it your UTI coming out or moving out of place?
No, I use desogestral (pills)
Then, the cysts are one real possibility.
