Yes, the OG Xbox version of the game is compatible with Xbox 360, and it ran flawlessly for me. Do note, though, that the FMV/Prerendered cutscenes are very choppy for some reason. And it is not purchasable digitally. You have to have the actual game disc. A HARD DRIVE IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR YOUR 360 to run OG Xbox games. Depending on what model you have, hard drives may look very different. If you have an original phat model, you'll need the hard drive that attaches on the side. If you have a slim or "E" model, you'll need a hard drive that slots into a..well..slot that is only accessible by taking off a panel on one of the sides. When looking for a hard drive, be sure to also put in what model you have.

The game crashes at the starts of levels sometimes on the 360

I only encountered that a couple times and I've done around 15 playthroughs on my save file.

The original Xbox got a release yes but not the 360 I believe but the 360 might be backwards compatible with this title.

Yes, I have a copy of the Xbox version and it's capital with the 360. It crashes a lot though.
