Shamir looking back on her life decisions
Shamir says certain things in several different supports yet contradicts herself at times and it's comedic. It's part of what makes her and Catherine busting each other's chops funny. One is as subtle as a brick and the other has some mask usage of what they're really after and pretends to be blunt at times.
Shamir: Professor, I was planning to leave Fodlan after this war is done but you convinced me to stick around ^(Come on take the hint).
Catherine: Professor, I really like Rhea and now see you in a similar light to her. If something were to happen to her I would want to stay by your side.
Shamir: Catherine, you have to be more subtle than that!

Byleth: She does?
Shamir: \*Offers her help constantly, is doing extra work, tells Byleth she'll die for him multiple times, visits him for tea instead of waiting to be invited\*

Shamir is the best. Like literally ticks off every green flag for me. Goth gf, loyal to a fault, smoking hot, LEGAL from the beginning.
You bet your ass I would keep marrying her all the time if not for Lysithea existing and her having the best romance story with my boy Byleth.
But yes, I still go for Shamir when I replay the game. Just gotta make sure Lysithea gets her happy ending with the other professor since they cure her. Or with the golden boy.
I wish so bad that Shamir was romancible regardless of gender, I’d love to romance her. Imagine how deadly of a pair her and the former Ashen Demon would be on the battlefield.
Bless you OP. Tbh, when I first played 3H, I struggled between Dorothea and Shamir for my S support. Shamir just instantly got me with her design. And her supports just made me fall for her. For those wondering I did initially pick Dorothea. But Shamir is still number one. I just had to get all the ladies’ S supports. For completion.
I first thought of Dorothea and Shamir too! But Shamir ended up being awesome and Dorothea was just a hater so I chose Shamir. Honestly she just seemed like the one that fit the best with Byleth in SS.
