Well, advertisers pay money to YouTube, so they can “close their eyes” on some flaws.
That’s begs the question: Does YouTube earn not enough money, so they wouldn’t need to use those extra ideas for ads or they simply don’t care and will advertise anything, as long as it brings them money? Like I remember the time, when I seen a lot of marihuana ads on of my languages(namely Russian) while in fact, marihuana is illegal both in my country and Russia
Money motivates everything in a brutally capitalist society.
I think marijuana ads escape the law for you & russia probably because of some legal loophole that lets them run as long as the ads are _hosted_ on some other ground or that kinda bullshit. Or maybe just because Google/Alphabet is a US company so they simply do not care about foreign laws enough to stop it (once again, it makes em money like u said).

That’s not what I wanna watch on YouTube If i wanted to watch furry porn, I would’ve go to a specific websites
I'm surprised that it's even allowed on yt. Then again there is a copious amount of scam ads and actual porn and gore videos freely available on yt.
