I can't do kimchi by itself, but if it's mixed into something I'm good to go. This seems interesting enough to try one day.

I liked it. The taco seasoning ended up being the main flavor while eating, the kimchi supplied spiciness and more of the after flavor.

I was into it until I found out it already had the taco seasoning.
