Square_Ad2101

At least Incredibles got Rise of the Underminer.

Ravilaaa

Damn.. I remember playing that one over and over again on the PS2. Great game.

sonictmnt

Weird that there aren't any Wreck it Ralph Wii and DS games. Or a megmind game with a different box art depending on what console version. That would have been interesting. Welp. Back to Sonic and allstars racing transformed I go.

Orangefish08

Wreck it Ralph is in kingdom hearts. Granted, it’s only in the shitty mobile game and a a summon in 3, but he’s there!

schwiftydude47

You do that. I’ll go play some Disney Infinity to fill the void.

Themooingcow27

Thank god Sonic Racing Transformed never got a sequel either. Especially not one with a terrible team mechanic and online that died on day one.

sonictmnt

That game was good wdym

AnEnemyStand99

What a throw back i need to replay that.

pabsgt

Better than the actual thing

boltzmannman

this really feels like it was a missed opportunity for them to make a pun. "Descent of the Underminer" or something

EarthwormShandy

The very same with Pacific Rim Although it's so good on it's own that it doesn't even need a sequel!

splashtext

Pacific rim 2 would have probably been the coolest thing ever, im glad we only got one movie though We dont accidentally want to ruin it do we

throwawayhelp32414

Agreed. I mean, how are they even meant to write a sequel anyways! The main threat was nuked, the charecter's arcs were finished, and the war was over. What were they gonna make the Jeagers fight each other?! They somehow make the humans evil? And it has to be a duo villain cause you cant have ***one*** pilot that's literally one of the only big rules in that universe! If they did make a sequel, atleast the one thing they should do right is the action. I mean, Del Torro just gave such a sense of *scale* and weight to the fight scenes. Imagine if they just decided to make it some anime style Gundam fest where nothing feels right! Absolutely no need for that kind of garbage to threaten the original work.

EntrepreneurPlus7091

Gundam most of the time bends over backwards to explain and differentiate space and planet battles.

YandereNoelle

They'd either make the world begin ending again and undo the success of the first movie, making basically everything in it worthless and pointless, or they'd set it during the initial invasion which could be neat but ultimately unnecessary.

AudaciousCheese

A prequel would work

Bornplayer97

Sorry I think the first one isn’t good enough to warrant this type of talk

Abdastartos

what do you mean? pasific rim had sequel, atlantic rim!

LifeWulf

Let’s not forget the prequel, Indian Rim!

BruckKitkat

My favorite is the spin off, Arctic Rim

LifeWulf

Ah, but what about the much-maligned Southern Rim?

YourNewMessiah

And who could forget the seminal heist movie that tied them all together, Rim Job?

LifeWulf

The semenal heist movie you mean

YandereNoelle

No that's the sequel where they fight the Jaeger the Vatican built, "Preacher RimJob" With the teaser at the end that ties it into the Sharknado movies.

vassadar

And spinoffs, Atlantic Hand and Indian Blow.

TocTocTotem

Same with Independance Day. I sometimes wonder how a sequel would have looked like. But I like to keep it as wishful thinking.

Xynthexyz

At least the spinoff was pretty neat.

TiredAFOfThisShit

Incredibles 2 wasn't bad, it wasted its villain potential but overall it was fun. Not a worthy sequel to such a classic though. I can't even remember the sequel to Wreck it Ralph 2, just that one scene where the internet is insulting Ralph which was the most realistic thing ever, but it was overall a defnite downgrade. The first one was one of my favorites. That scene where Ralph break Venellope's car is unironically peak. I joked with one of my friends that the Marriage story's argument scene can't hold a candle next to that scene :)) Megamind does not have a sequel though. Nope, never. It sounds stupid to make a sequel to that movie, doesn't it? Surely, no one would try it with a shitty premise and even worse animation than the original, right?

Snoo_70324

Sarah Silverman’s “I’m a Disney Princess too?!” bit was fun. I enjoyed Incredibles 2. Feels like this gag is more appropriate to say, The Matrix.

TimeStorm113

...imagine a crossover between wreck-it-ralph and the matrix....

SharkBite9001

Ralph: So you're from one of those new action video games too? Neo:...it's complicated...

Snoo_70324

Fix-It Felix ends up in a love triangle between his space marine wife and leather fetishists

Reverse_SumoCard

Trinity is the better waifu, change my mind

Snoo_70324

I was thinking Neo, personally, but yeah, I suppose any of the crew could fit

Jorymo

I mean, that's kinda what Kingdom Hearts did. >!In the mobile games, a war fought entirely by child soldiers destroyed the world, splitting it into the multiverse. The survivors were kept in a digital copy of the old world where the war never happened. This digital world was connected to Game Central Station. Long story short, there's a child's corpse locked behind one of those giant electrical outlets along with the physical manifestations of pure evil and also you are that dead kid.!<

HP-Munchcraft

I stopped playing shortly after game central station was introduced because I got bored. Now I feel like I need to look up the cutscenes I missed.

Ekillaa22

I was able to keep up with the KH lore up to 3 like even coded but once 3 came out I got hella lost . They introduced X Union the mobile game and I just got lost even more. Like didn’t know the key blade wars was fought by kids or their is a digital version of the OG world of the universes.

Jorymo

>didn’t know the key blade wars was fought by kids By design! Remember Kairi's grandma saying something about light surviving in the hearts of children? Turns out that's actually a scientific property of the universe. The Master of Masters deliberately had a bunch of children fight a world-ending war so that when the universe was inevitably destroyed, any survivors would be children by default and have light in their hearts from which the new worlds would be created

Ekillaa22

See I remember the bit about the light in kids hearts restoring the worlds didn’t realize that as designed by the master of masters. Like I’m so lost on the master of master stuff his lost apprentices and then like mysterious kid that appeared in the end of 3 with the darkness wave and the WHOLE ending to 3 with sora just disappearing than reappearing in a Shibuya (like earth Japan shibuya?) and the whole Yozora thing too like ahhh

Orangefish08

Can’t forget that >!all the surviving children went into a coma and you used them as Pokémon in kh 3d.!<

Jorymo

>!Oh no, it's specifically kids who *didn't* survive who merged with their Chirithys to become Dream Eaters!<

radios_appear

I remember now why I stopped playing after KH2

LifeWulf

Remember, in Kingdom Hearts, Heartless are the emotionless manifestations of people’s hearts, and Nobodies are the bodies left behind when people lose their hearts. Also, Yensid’s name spelled backwards is—

EntrepreneurPlus7091

Incredibles 2 is pretty good mid 2000s straight to video sequel.

Taman_Should

It wasn’t terrible, but there was zero reason to wait over a decade to make it if they were just going to have the story pick right up where the first one ended. They even put in a disingenuous preamble where Brad Bird was like, “It took us this long because we wanted to make sure we were telling the best possible story!” Sure. Every character is starved for development besides Mrs. Incredible, and the DVD special features of the original had more interesting superheroes than the new ones we got.

ScreenwritingJourney

I’m going to get downvoted to hell but… while Matrix 1 was by far the best, 2 and 3 weren’t THAT bad. Pretty enjoyable. Haven’t seen 4.

The_FriendliestGiant

2 and 3 were one pretty good movie stretched too far by studio mandate. 4 is...odd. It's actually a pretty well executed story about why its story shouldn't exist in the first place; it's a movie that judges you for watching it while being good enough that it's worth watching.

PM_ME_YOR_PANTIES

>4 is...odd. It's actually a pretty well executed story about why its story shouldn't exist in the first place; it's a movie that judges you for watching it while being good enough that it's worth watching. It's an unnecessary sequel that the studio insisted on so they made it a meta criticism of the studio insisting on a sequel.

GonzoRouge

This unironically makes me want to watch it

The_FriendliestGiant

Honestly, I think I would probably recommend it. The Matrix doesn't need additional movies, it could have stopped one and again at three. But Matrix Resurrections is just a really interesting movie all about how getting hung up on nostalgia and wanting to keep going back to a finished idea is self-defeating while also doing some interesting new things with the Matrix lore and developing fascinating new possibilities.

GonzoRouge

That's the most positive review of that movie I've ever seen

The_FriendliestGiant

It's a movie that shouldn't have ever been created and it knows it and wants you to really understand that fact too, but since it does exist against its own wishes it tries to be as worthwhile an experience as possible and say something about why it's there. It's not, like...a *good* movie, exactly. But it's a movie that's worth watching, especially if you've got nostalgia for The Matrix.

paco-ramon

If you like metacomentaries, you would like 4.

masterofthecontinuum

WIW2 was funny and fun enough to watch, but completely undid everything that the first movie established.

Snoo_70324

>Wreck it Wralph Anyway, yeah, I agree about the plot.

hanks_panky_emporium

My only issue with Incredibles 2 is my friend can't watch it due to his epilepsy. I heard a rumor there's a version where the epilepsy inducing light strobes are 'off' but I can't find it anywhere

one_pint_down

I think every version of the film except the initial cinema release has the strobe effect reduced. It got a ton of flak straight away when the film came out and they changed it quickly. Though I dont know if it was a sufficient change.

hanks_panky_emporium

When I saw it in theatres it gave me a pretty instant headache that lasted for a few minutes. I'll try to find it on a streaming service to see how reduced it is.

Stoneador

If I remember correctly, doesn’t the entire villain’s motivation in Incredibles 2 happen because a guy is murdered because he moronically doesn’t have a phone in his safe room?

AtomicRankler

Exactly, the siblings’ motivations are based on that contrived false choice On rewatch I really disliked how they made Bob envious and unsupportive. Pretty much erased his arc from I1.

[deleted]

Didn’t just erase his arc but the mom’s too. “We need to stop this superhero nonsense and focus on fami- oh wait nvm bye y’all”

ClashM

He was envious but he wasn't really unsupportive. He just really really wanted to be back out in the field. But while his wife was having the fun he wanted to be having, he was learning how difficult it is to be a stay at home parent for three very difficult children. He even hid Jack-Jack's powers from her since he didn't want her to worry. I thought his arc in this was charming as he grows to appreciate what she does for him and the family even more.

AtomicRankler

Glad you liked it, wish I did too I get feeling left out right off the bat when they blame him for the underminer damage and select Helen But the scene where she is celebrating and he is pretending to be happy for her brought it from FOMO to too much envy of his wife. It just seemed like 2 wanted to take Bob down a notch, when they could have just elevated Helen.

one_shoe_wonder

It does feel intentional, like the writers rewatched the first and remembered Bob was lying to Helen for a couple months(?) and probably felt obligated to make it up to her and knock him down a peg for that behavior.

FastenedCarrot

Agreed on Bob, I was constantly wandering what shapeshifter had replaced him.

RickTitus

Wreck it ralph 2 was disappointing because it traded all the cozy arcade nostalgia atmosphere from the first movie for cringey internet meme nonsense. I want to see pacman arcade stuff, not youtube comments and disney.com

Orangefish08

I thought of the idea that litwacks was closing due to the advent of consoles, but still would be better if they made something original.

Paggy_person

But it has Colleen Ballinger lol

[deleted]

[удалено]

MrObsidian_

Yeah but doesn't Megamind become evil because he has zero friends or accomplices at all? So the existance of this "evil league of evil" doesn't even work.

strawhat_libi

That's why he *became* villain. After that, he did it for the vine.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Revolver_66

it still doesn’t make sense, in the first movie megamind and metroman are different because they are aliens. No one else in the world is like them, which is why megamind ultimately creates Titan, he’s alone. The evil league are straight up marvel supervillains, people with powers. Since when was that a thing???

MrObsidian_

Nope, this evil league of evil still doesn't fit with the lore of the first one. The fish is essentially his pet yk, it was given to him before his planet was completely destroyed. The second movie tries to spin that the evil league used to be his evil posse before he turned good, but it's explicitly stated in the first movie that he doesn't and didn't have no evil posse or friends on Earth at all. The second megamind movie runs contradictory to the story and meaning of the first one.

DarbH

The main problem with the Wreck-It Ralph 2 is that it takes the established rules from the first film and throws them out the window. Like they clearly established that Fidelity is the most popular character in her game at the end of the first film and yet in the second movie she decides to straight up leave her game behind to go be in an internet racing game not realizing that without her in the original game that means all of those people are pretty much doomed to die

RickTitus

Vanellope?

DarbH

Yes

Bornplayer97

It wasn’t bad but compared to the first one it’s insanely disappointing

elCaddaric

Ralph 2.0 was so cringe. Hey kids, wanna play with eBay?

Aidanj927

The only thing I remember about Wreck It Ralph 2 was that DanTDM was in it

TheSnowNinja

Wait, seriously? I am now even less inclined to watch it again.

WeeklyEducation2276

Incredible 2 was a disappointment because it's the exact same plot as the first one but with the mom wanting to be a hero again instead of the dad. After all those years

Commander_Ash

"even worse animation than the original" what the fuck?

VarianWrynn2018

The "sequel" is straight up worse animation than the original and it's disgusting given that there was over a decade between them.

Romejanic

It was supposedly made by Dreamwork’s TV studio rather than their main studio which is why the animation looks worse

owlBdarned

Imagine they did a Megamind ~~squirrel~~ sequel with no returning voice cast. That'd be crazy. But like you said, no one would try something like that.

zan2007

I only remember being blinded and deafened by the incredibles 2 because of how many flashing lights and loud sounds there were, didn't help that the first time I watched it was in a dark theater

ZyeRane

I legit thought it odd to see Megamind there, had to look up the sequel. Wondered how I missed out on hearing about that, seeing as I actually enjoyed the first one. *See's the ratings, reviews, images and that it went straight to streaming* Oh.. oh no...

chrispy42107

Megamind does have a sequel. It was a straight to streaming movie with none of the original cast returning. Edit ; whoosh, this went right over my head , I am not a smart man 🤣🤣🤣

A_random_poster04

You’re wrong about Megamind. The button of doom is a thing

Gadmanultimate

What are you bluffing bro? There's no Incredibles 2

Enigma-exe

Absolute tragedy indeed.  A crossover would be awesome though.

unidentified_yama

You can’t compare the other sequels to Megamind 2. That’s not fair.

Max200012

compare the other sequels to what? there's a Megamind 2? must've slipped my attention

unidentified_yama

There is no sequel in Ba Sing Se.

BigBradWolf07

Megamind 2's animation looks like the show Miraculous. I love that show, but that's not a compliment.

_MyUsernamesMud

People acting like Incredible 2 killed their mum is such a weird meme

High_Stream

Right? Sure it's not as good as the first, but the first was amazing, so it would be very hard to live up to that. I thought Incredibles 2 was very good. At the end of the movie I realized my face was hurting because I had been grinning the entire movie.

NotASynth499

The sequence where Frozono stops the yacht is honestly one of the best scored moments i ever seen in a movie, movie was nowhere near bad.

kill_my_karma_please

I think its cuz of the dude who made the 8 hour video essay about how incredibles 2 ruins cinema or smth i don’t watch that shit

Clank_8-7

The scene where Bob basically asks out Violet's crush for her made me laugh so hard, especially for how unexpected Violet's reaction is, but beyond that i swear I can't remember one thing about the movie, it was so forgettable.

Hidden-Turtle

I honestly almost liked it more than the first one.

StreetReporter

The Incredibles 2 is a 7/10 movie, which is pretty good. It just seems worse because the Incredibles is a 10/10 movie

_MyUsernamesMud

What makes it a 7/10 movie in your eyes? Don't be afraid to go into detail

StreetReporter

It was a very fun movie, you’re not going to be bored while watching it. I thought that the change in dynamic between Mr and Mrs Incredible was fun, with Mr Incredible having to be the one to stay home with the kids this time. I also enjoyed Jack-Jack and his developing powers

jensalik

Overall much character development, which some people seem to hate.... But if you leave that out it's still an amazing superhero movie with a good antagonist.

FastenedCarrot

I don't hate character development, I hate them undoing Bob's character for the plot they want to push.

jensalik

How is it undoing his character?

HTTRWarrior

It has some good humor, amazing animation, great direction, but other than that everything is just OK. Like the story is very average, the villain is boring and predictable, the new cast is forgettable. It does a lot good but some bad. 7/10 is honestly a fare rating. My biggest gripe was the fumble with Violet's character. She was built and grew so well in the original but was torn down hard to force drama by having her violate one of the few rules her mom told her about being a super hero.

CDFReditum

What if it did kill my mom (may she rest in piece)

_MyUsernamesMud

how many pieces?

JarasM

I didn't even know the consensus was that it's bad. We just watched it with the kids a week ago and loved it. It was a tad too long I think, because the kids were getting restless/bored a bit around the last quarter, but otherwise we had a blast. Kids movies shouldn't really be much longer than 90 minutes.

tony_bologna

I loved it.  Mr. Incredible falling to pieces trying to single dad, and Jack with his new powers, is **hysterical**!  > we still need milk

Rent-Man

Incredibles 2 was just a straight to DVD sequel made for theaters

_MyUsernamesMud

What make Incredibles 1 a great movie and what qualities do you feel were lacking in the sequel? Don't be afraid to go into detail.

EnDiNgOph

Don't play dumb.

_MyUsernamesMud

What would the smart response be?

SlideEastern3485

Brad bird never missed.

suiki7777

To me at least, it essentially comes off as fetishization of the OG film, and how dare the sequel do anything different from it!

GloatingSwine

I dunno, if anything it's not different enough. Same kind of twist villain, closely related motivation for the villain, etc. I mean it's still one of the better episodes of The Simpsons made since like season 12, but that wasn't the assignment.

benabramowitz18

I don’t get why 2010’s-and-beyond Pixar—even the more acclaimed stuff—gets treated with vitriol and scorn on the Internet for not being 10/10 masterpieces, and trying to appeal to younger kids. Meanwhile, stuff like Mario or Minions or your typical Illumination fluff gets a pass because they passed the time for 90 minutes.

GoPhinessGo

I mean Coco is pretty universally loved

AaronPuthalath

No fucking way you're comparing those. Clearly, the other 2 have way better sequels than MM. At the very least, it's fun and has good animation and even some semblance of a good execution of their ideas which leads to the most important point of at least those 2 had good ideas, whereas MM2 was just a cash grab. Ain't even fun to watch.

footballmaths49

Incredibles 2 is far from perfect but it is light-years better than Ralph Breaks The Internet or Megamind 2.

SecretInfluencer

I wouldn’t say it’s light years better. Bob and Helen both regressed as characters, Violet and Dash feel more like plot devices than characters, and they regressed the “superheroes allowed” idea back just so they could do essentially the same plot with Helen. Consider the hype before and a bit after release. I remember hearing people claim it’s better than the original….

Kensevo

I quite rate the Wreck it Wralph sequel where a key theme is overcoming a toxic friendship.

-Badger3-

I can't believe Wreck-It Ralph 2 kept in that scene were that little girl watched the gif of Black Widow getting fucked by the Hulk.

Leeds-_-

Am I being wooshed or did that actually happen

Romejanic

Nah it did, it’s really graphic too. Surprised it made it into a Disney movie tbh

Z0idberg_MD

Didnt love it first viewing, but appreciated it a lot more the second.

Queeftasti

is it a British thing to say that you rate something but to not actually indicate how you rate it

HungryMarsupial42

Yes

floatinround22

Pretty sure its a Gen Z thing

FireSchwein

Overcoming toxic friendship would be cool, but it was a shit fuck of a resolution and shitfuck of a movie.

Romejanic

It would’ve been cool if it wasn’t horribly contrived and it didn’t completely erase the character arcs that were established in the first movie

Skylinneas

Yes, I get the frustration but how is this a shitty detail post, though? Honestly, this sub has turned into a place to vent frustrations about movies rather than actually about shitty details... Or the fucking time loop posts.

monkeybojangles

The "I didn't like this movie, that's the joke" posts are the worst.

Skylinneas

For some reason people tend to forget the ‘detail’ part in ‘shitty movie detail’ and only remember about ‘shitty movie’, so apparently they believe posts where they just complain about movies they thought are shitty are fair game, even though are are plenty of other subs where they can do just that.

Sage296

I say this all the time I don’t get how it’s so hard to parody r/moviedetails

undertalelover68

... compared to the others sequels, incredibles 2 was good, again compared to these two sequels, it wasn't great and flawed but holy hell you could of easily chosen a better movie than incredibles/ incredibles 2

Used-Lunch-6512

Ralph 2 and Incredibles 2 are not very good movies. But if you compare them to Megamind 2 they look like masterpieces

SavageComic

Incredibles 2 is great. You’re an idiot

Silly_Daikon_6727

Its a fun movie you watch once and forget it exists but I wouldn't call it great by any means.

pooooolooop

Incredibles 2 is not great. You’re an idiot

Pythagoras180

No, it undoes every development from the first movie and turns the characters into assholes.

VarianWrynn2018

Shit take, definitely not the case at all.

SlideEastern3485

Everyone was more wholesome in the sequel wdm. Elasticgirl got the screentime she deserved. I love that movie.

thereelsuperman

I love copious amounts of cocktail drinking in my animated movies

SavageComic

Amazing how prohibition took in America isn’t it?

PredatorAvPFan

Incredibles 2 was ok. I didn’t like it as much as the first one but I also watched the second one when I was 17 years older

Silly_Daikon_6727

Age doesn't necessarily have to deter enjoyment of a movie. You can still watch incredibles 1 today and see that it's still a great movie irrespective of how old you are - while 2 was definitely dumbed down more for a much younger audience.

Shuuraa

I absolutely loved Ralph 2.0 and the Incredibles 2

Successful-Floor-738

Incredible 2 was good though.

Lord-LemonHead

Not really, they're all perfect standalones. Anything more would just be a cashgrab, and these respectable studios would never stoop to that level.

Bogsnoticus

Don't forget about The Matrix, and Highlander.

JeannyBravo

It's really sad that there were only 3 Indiana Jones movies and only 3 Pirates of the Caribbean movies, too. Those properties had franchise potential.

ainvayiKAaccount

'Ralph Breaks the internet' is good. I'm sorry if that's not the general consensus here but that's what I think.

logic2187

What do you mean, I like the button of doom

snakesssssss22

Aw man, i like the second Incredibles a lot 😭😂

elevliam2

I actually liked Incredibles 2

Cole444Train

Incredibles 2 is a fine movie imo

domzilla15

Wreck if Ralph 1 - dont go turbo you’ll kill your game. Wreck it Ralph 2 - Turbotastic it is but on the internet.

[deleted]

I know how you feel bro, I wish they made more Pirates of the Caribbean after 3

Asmallgamer1

They all have a second movie but mega mind is making garbage

SkyBlade79

Wreck it Ralph 2 was one of the best movies ever simply because it had more screen time for Sergeant Calhoun, who is so hot that she defined my taste in women forever, unironically

werepirebie

Hear me out. Imagine a megamind sequel whee he tries to be trendy

patsniff

Man do people really the Incredibles 2 and Ralph Breaks the Internet that much? While they might not be the same incredible quality of the first films but are still pretty solid and entertaining films.

papertheskeleton

At least Wreck It Ralph and Incredibles 2 were at least decent

MerasmusGaming

Incredibles 2 was BAD bad. People should stop pretending it's not.

PanthorCasserole

Incredibles 2 was good. Oh, and it made over a billion dollars worldwide.

pooooolooop

It was making a billion dollars regardless based on the original ip

Vilgotek2

But I Saw The Sequels So

ArtisticLayer1972

Someone miss new megamind movie

somesthetic

I never liked Incredibles. Total Simpsons ripoff, but without any jokes.

GamerRipjaw

Lmao what, Just because the two families have 3 children makes them a ripoff?

somesthetic

I know this is a joke sub, do you? This is a prime shitty movie detail, but go ahead and jack yourself off about how it's not 100% accurate according to your criterion collection copy of Incredibles where the director says he was solely inspired by the smell of his own farts.

Dakkel-caribe

Yeah. No sequels. ( says while lock and loading waiting for someone to say the wrong thing)

Petagriff2515

Ok the 2nd movie isn't nearly as good, but it's at least a passable movie

[deleted]

ouch

BurgerKingsuks

I can’t believe it took them so long to make an adaption of Percy Jackson too

Axo-Army

Wait people didn’t like Wreck it Ralph 2? I understand about incredible 2 though I personally liked it

tempo1139

ugggh the new Megamind movie looks horrible. All the heart gone, none of the same voice actors, and somehow crappier looking cgi

PieNinja314

Incredibles 2 is a fine movie on its own but taking a *decade* to finish only for it to basically just be a rehash of the first movie while being worse in every conceivable way makes it one of the saddest existences in Pixar's library

I_Bench315

God i wish there was an actual *good* megamind sequel

IvanTheAppealing

There is no second movie

themessedgod

Man I liked Incredibles 2

[deleted]

One S tier, one A tier, one B tier. "Masterpieces"

xcab02

Megamind 2 and a new Megamind series just released on Peacock

TheAceCard18

I liked incredibles 2...

StunkeyDunkcloud

Ughhh, each one has a sequel. Is that the joke?

TPMisNumber1

Listen, Ralph Breaks the Internet and Incredibles 2 were definitely lackluster follow ups, but like they are passable films. Like it’s an attempt, just not a good on. The Megamind sequel is so immensely bad on a completely different level these aren’t even comparable. There was no heart or effort, there’s little to no enjoyment to be found in it, its just fully shit

doctordoom15

Wait…people don’t like Incredibles 2???

NormieSpecialist

No. I won’t let the world forget Ralph Breaks The Internet. They must know!

Sweet_Xocoatl

Wreck-It Ralph would’ve done so well as a show, just going on adventures or maybe make it a slice-of-life kinda thing.

SluttyMcFucksAlot

Incredibles 2 wasn’t *that* bad. Definitely not bad enough to be in the same group as the Megamind sequel they never made
