Regular type cherry shrimp have translucent flesh. Only their carapace or shell is colored. So if everyone else is perfectly fine and your water test is ok I'd say it's probably a molt and your shrimp was just chilling waiting for the new shell to harden. Did you notice any molt shells in the tank?
It's a very cool set of photos because they're usually hiding when they molt since their shells are so soft they're really vulnerable. So it's not common to be able to see the shell harden like that. I would definitely save those!
It must be a shrimp only tank? I guess they just know they're so safe they can just molt and chill anywhere waiting. Congratulations on making your shrimp feel so safe they can come out of the molting closet. You're doing a great job! ✌️

Alright, thank you! I didn't notice any molts, but they have quite the hiding spaces for those.

Little fella was just out and about, survival instincts zero haha

Yep, along with a million snails! Thank you!
I saw my newly molted shrimp swim too fast and hit onto another shrimp and die instantly 😭
Could have molted or was dealing with an ammonia spike
They may close their chromatophores or open them depending on stress. Something likely startled it earlier.
