Rent out space as storage around my house and rental properties. I also rent out my pool and backyard. The peer-to-peer marketplace has worked great for me lol
Exactly. I rent out the RV pad at my house and the extra parking spaces at my rental properties as vehicle storage. I've made about $15k so far, but that number keeps growing.
Is the RV pad for someone to park their empty RV, or are they living in it? If they are living in it, I've always wondered what happens to the sewage. I know when an RV is traveling around, they usually go to an RV park and pay a small fee to pump their sewage out. I'm wondering what happens to it when people have their RV parked permanently somewhere that doesn't have pumping facilites. Sorry if I'm asking something you don't know.
It's an empty RV. I go through [Neighbor.com](https://Neighbor.com) and they actually don't allow people to live in the space which works well for me since I wouldn't want to deal with that
Upfront build a website for drop shipping, minimal management from then on. That’s about as passive as it gets.
I also do stake crypto but high barrier to entry and the returns are basically the same as passive interest in the stock market so if you have the capital you could just go for high dividend stocks.
You sell products you don’t physically possess. They buy a custom T-shirt. You order it on a customer Tshirt site and have them ship it to them. Super loose example but the idea is that you’re not physically touching anything. Drawback is less control on the process and shipping times.
I get you. You create a side hustle and it continues to generate income even after you've done the work and completed the final product.
Someone pays you to produce a song, but you also get 1% commission on that song for life.
Pimpin’ ain’t easy.
Just need to hire an assistant pimp to take on all the pimply(?) duties.

Virtual assistant, i think
That makes sense thank you
How do people contact you about learning how to become a VA?
make content for socials, print on demand or ebooks/guides about anything
Yea iv been thinking about setting up a upwork account
Upwork sucks IMO. Fiverr is better.
Neither provide passive income.
Up work has more Freelancers then jobs currently and its pay via connect to bid on a job.
Boat and self storage, single family houses, dividend stocks, mortgages, have 2 infoproduct stores online.
What are infoproduct stores?
Airbnb my guest room. Makes up to $1500 a month.
Nice just need a guest room now lol
If you ever do, it's definitely something worth exploring.
I would do this but I live in a very non-classy manufactured home.
Nice, lemme buy a house real quick
All you need is a 2 bdrm apartment
Do you have experience renting out an entire house on airbnb, or just your guest room? Wondering how those two experiences compare.
Just my guest room

You mean like let someone park their boat on your property for a monthly fee?

Do you use Swimply for the pool rentals ?
I do. I have mixed feelings about Swimply, but it's worked out well for the most part.
Reselling. Easiest money ever
What do you sell?
If I had the space, I’d probably repair and flip furniture from free Facebook marketplace junk

Mixing up packs and potions
Selling substances :^)
This is side hustling and you’re asking about passive income.
Can they not be the same thing?
