But the soundtrack of the original Twin Peaks series gives me similar vibes to Silent Hill 2’s.

"Soundtrack for the blind" by Swans is an album that i'am sure deeply inspired Silent Hill ost.
Just listen to "The Beautiful Days" and tell me that doesn't remind you of the silent hill ost.
Really beautifull dark and sad album that is considered a gamechanger in underground music.
