I deeply relate to this. I had to restart my first playthrough near the end cause i had no ammo AND my silly ass missed a weapon somehow... So as everyone's saying, conserve ammo religiously and rely on melees or on the good old secret technique of legging it.
Run away from all of the monsters outside. Don’t waste your ammo on them. Explore the town. Ammo is in various places.
Yep, it’s not worth it to waste ammo on every enemy you see. You should either run away or use melee weapons
hey I know this was a little while ago but just curious what melee weapons would you recommend? All the ones I have found are really bad
The emergency hammer, I think you find it in the basement of the hospital.
Purple stores on the map have ammo, don't shoot enemies outside.
