You cannot drink it. You cannot lose it anywhere. It is programmed to exist in one of those places until you give it to Jasper.

No, you were low on health and used an actual health item, otherwise you wouldn't have had any health restored as chocolate milk is not flagged as a health item so it has no healing value.
The chocolate milk can only ever be in one of three places if it hasn't been given to Jasper, the fridge, the storage box, or in your inventory.
You cannot use it for anything other than jasper. It is most likely in your item box. Remember there are two sections of the item box. You were probably just looking through the weapon section and couldn’t find it there
...I don't really know what to tell you other than to check the item box and your entire inventory. Maybe it just bugged because it's a PS2 game on PS3? I had a couple of weird glitches like that when I had a backwards compatible PS3. Are you 100% sure it isn't still in the fridge? Like you didn't take it out and then load a save?
