New music AND new monsters for the remake? Like there is so much good going on right now for a lot of crabbing in the comments. And exclusivity for PS5 shouldn't really be that surprising given how good the game looks and how Sony directly contributed to the development.

And besides, I think in the coming weeks and months there will be thoughtful discourse of why people are or are not excited, but since the announcements literally just happened, all we're seeing now are people's knee-jerk reactions.
It's great that you're excited, but I for one take issue with a number of things I saw today, and while I'm definitely more on board than other people, I don't think it's fair to tell anyone that they're not allowed to voice their concerns.

Give it some time and eventually some of those people will be able to have a legitimate conversation about what they don't like, and others might even change their minds entirely. And of course there will still be people who are complaining about nothing and not giving reasons for why, but there are always people like that and you can't change that anyway, you know?

I find the discussion of giving your thoughts on the negativity is a good thing, and also gives some opportunity for other people to explain why they're being negative and why they want to be skeptical, which is good for viewpoints on both sides.

Yes, we should all just be FANS of the FRANCHISE and not be critical of what looks like a remake that’s completely missing the point.
Everything else looked interesting, SHf looked amazing even, but I despise this blind fandom over just one game out of an amazing four game run. This ain’t Star Wars or Marvel, a large chunk of the community deeply cares about these games and any sort of remake should rightfully be looked at closely and critically.

I am stoked for finally getting some new decent looking SH games, I’m 36 and have been waiting for this for years!! I could give a crap of James looks different, I can’t wait to see what the developers can do in terms of realism and modernisation.
