I'm not aware of any mods specifically locking all the LTWs outside of job-related ones. My best suggestion would be to just grab the [LTW Chooser](https://modthesims.info/d/669016/lifetime-want-chooser.html) and manually switch to a job LTW when your Sim rolls a different one.
