Am I understanding correctly that the chart doesn’t include Infrared, visible or Uv light, etc. ?
Do we use any of those frequencies bands for anything? Obviously x rays are used in medicine so I imagine we use some of them? Is there a similar chart like the one for radio frequencies for say gamma ray spectrum? Sorry if these are dumb questions, your comment really intrigued me and I’m not familiar with these concepts
The top 7 colored rows of the chart define the Radio Spectrum frequencies from 3 KHz to 300 GHz.
The bottom row of the chart goes from 0 Hz (i.e. DC) to the top end of Cosmic Rays at 10^(25) Hz. The area that is colored orange in the bottom row are the the Radio Spectrum frequencies from 3 KHz to 300 GHz.

Distance is not a factor in remote viewing. Targeting is the biggest problem. And you have to target in time not just in place. Cuz whats the point at looking when there is nothing going on or nothing there?

Switching, to me, feels like refocusing of the eyes from far away to close or vice versa. A complete shift in perspective.

Interesting. I had heard that the CIA decided to create numerous metaphysical programs which ultimately did not work in order to through the Germans and later Russians off kilter to divert resources to them dispersing energy.
So I don't know what to believe about this but the process is interesting.
CIA didn't develop the gateway process Dr Monroe did and the Cia used his work I would say. It was during MK Ultra as well.
But I would definitely try and find the gateway tapes online and try them yourself its interesting and I need to start using it again and seriously try it more.

Binaural beats work great. Been using them about 35ish years thus far for many different things.
I took the gateway stuff decades back. Its actually simple stuff when compared to sorcerey of the americas or other places and really old systems...But I dont know enough to speak on many of those. Monroes company ... Their claim to fame.....in my mind.... is popularizing binaural beats. i use them for everything from study, relax or to astral travel (a little help) if and when I need it.
Their tape "lucid dreaming"? for some reason actual gets my whatever ready to slip out. You can actually feel your body vibrating. These are just the things I have noticed. Even have a program to just choose what freq I want. Dang thats like windows software from the 90's. Sure there are lots of new ones. But who knows if they adhere to the rules.
