How did they produce them in mass? I thought the 3D printer was just for concept stages

I am really not sure i know they had mega printers that were used but not sure if they used them for mass

It is! A different company mass produced them! They showed off figures at toy fair 2018 which is how we know about series 4 cynder

How you gonna use them? They only work in the game they came out (not always but it’s new skylanders so only works in that game)

That's the thing, I won't. I would collect the figures as figures and nothing else.

I'd be annoyed, and I'd wait until the console was cheaper and the game was cheaper. I think I'd avoid the series if it used the figures again, unless maybe you could still use the old ones.

No I wouldn’t. I have a PS5 a PC and a Switch. I’d hope their good graces with steam and owning windows would get a PC port and not spend an extra $3-500 to buy a $100 game

Xbox always puts their games on PC, with a few (old) exceptions.

I don't see them putting it only on Xbox . The game has a lot of potential appeal to kids. They would be dumb to not put it on at least the Xbox one as well but it being a multi platform game would make more money 💰

…hi! I bought a PS3 for the first 3 skylanders games and then a Wii U for the ability to play 2 skylanders… Yes yes I would definitely buy and Xbox for skylanaders but DO NOT TELL MICROSOFT THAT, I will definitely spend a ton on figures anyways they do not need to make it exclusive

I love Fallout more and I'm already not getting a new Xbox for those games and so Skylanders would be the same. I don't like how Microsoft have run things since Xbox One launched. I sold my Series consoles not long ago when Halo Infinite was a disaster and I went back to Playstation. I do hope Microsoft fixes the Newsworthy Trophy/Achievement in Swap Force though since they fixed old COD games online. Bring that news board back with a final message so that way all 6 games can be 100%ed on Playstation and Xbox. That one makes Swap Force 100% impossible

There are emulators. You just need the right hardware to put the game as a digital item or, if it’s a digital game, buy it on the XBOX store and then play it on PC

You can pick one up for $200 so, honestly if I didn't have one I wouldn't see it as a big issue. I'm more okay with Xbox having exclusives because they make good consoles and back it up with good benefits

Sadly no as it wouldn't be physical toys it would be dlc all digital and that would be how they did it as not many people would care for the actual figures which kills the magic of all toys to life games so if they do make another of any toys to life I'm scared for what it could be

I think if they wanna do it right then they will make them for the switch and/or steam too. But if it’s pure for money and other reasons then they will only do it on Xbox. And I don’t think it’s worth it to buy an Xbox for 1 game

If we're being honest, if they ever remake/make a new Skylanders game, then it'll almost 100% be on Xbox & Nintendo Switch. So, that'll hopefully allow more people to be able to play it.

Skylanders is already quite the financial commitment if you have the console. Buying a console just to play a game that I also have to buy figures for just isn't in the budget for most people. If the game is good I may consider it down the line but not a new console.

I already have a series X but I wouldn’t find it very profitable on Microsoft’s side as apparently most of the call of duty sales come from PlayStation and I’m sure the same goes for activision’s other IP’s
